What you’ll actually do
You’ll own the execution side of paid campaigns for our client accounts. This isn’t a coordinator role. You’ll be inside ad accounts every single day.
Campaign execution
Build, launch, and manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns end-to-end (sales, lead gen, traffic, conversions) Set up campaign structures, ad sets, audiences, placements, and creative rotations Upload creatives, write ad copy variations, and set up A/B tests Manage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies across accounts
Optimization and analysis
Monitor account performance daily — CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, frequency Identify winning and losing ad sets, scale or kill based on data Diagnose drops in performance (creative fatigue, audience saturation, attribution issues) and propose fixes Pull weekly performance reports and flag what’s working and what isn’t
Creative and landing page collaboration
Brief the creative team (or external designers) on ad creative needs based on what’s working Work with the founder to test landing page variants and recommend CRO experiments Stay on top of creative trends in D2C, especially for premium and lifestyle brands AI-first workflow You will use AI tools every single day. This isn’t optional and it isn’t a buzzword — it’s how we work. Use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar LLMs for ad copy generation, audience research, competitor analysis, and brief writing Use AI image and video tools (Midjourney, Runway, Sora, Google Veo, ElevenLabs, etc.) for creative ideation and rapid creative variants Build prompt workflows for repetitive tasks — reporting, audience research, copy variations Stay current on new AI tools as they launch and bring ideas to the team If your instinct is to do something manually that AI could do in 1/10th the time, you’re working wrong here
Client communication
This is roughly 30–40% of the role. You’ll be client-facing from week one. Run weekly performance review calls with clients — present numbers, explain what’s happening, recommend next steps Respond to client messages on WhatsApp/email within working hours, professionally and with data Write structured weekly performance reports clients can read in 5 minutes Manage client expectations on timelines, results, and creative deliverables Flag risks early — a campaign trending down, a creative pipeline running thin, a tracking issue — before clients have to ask
What we’re looking for

1–2 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search,

You’ve personally managed monthly spends of at least ₹2–5 lakhs across accounts
Strong grasp of Meta Ads Manager — campaign objectives, Advantage+, custom
audiences, lookalikes, pixel/CAPI setup
