You will own and drive SaaS sales in the higher education sector. This is a high-performance role focused purely on institutional revenue generation and onboarding colleges/universities for our flagship product.
ā Ā Who You Are
Weāre looking for someone who has:
- ā 3ā7 years experience in SaaS-based B2B or B2I (Business-to-Institution) sales
- ā Proven history of closing deals with higher education institutions (minimum 10+ colleges/universities closed)
- ā Past role in EdTech/HRTech/SaaS companies like Classplus, CollegeDekho, iON, LeadSquared, Harappa, Leverage Edu, UpGrad Campus, etc.
- ā Clear understanding of college buying cycles, stakeholders (TPOs, Directors, Deans), and decision-making processes
- ā Demonstrated revenue achievement (attach proof/case studies in application)
- ā Strong communication, negotiation, and pipeline closing abilities
š¼Ā Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation ā demo ā pitch ā proposal ā contract ā closure
- Execute deal-winning pitches to TPOs, HODs, Directors & Management
- Manage pipeline and follow-ups through CRM
- Generate revenue from colleges, universities, and training institutions
- Travel as needed (with expense reimbursement) for campus-level closing

š¹Ā Phase 1 ā 30-Day Performance Trial
- Fixed: ā¹25,000/month
- Incentive: ā¹50,000 per institution closed
- Goal: Close 1 institution in first 30 days

- Commission: 5% of net revenue on each deal
