Key Responsibilities

Oracle Fusion HCM & Recruiting

  • Lead technical implementation and ongoing support for Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud and Core HR.
  • Configure and support Recruiting, Talent Management, and/or Compensation modules (minimum 2 required).
  • Design and maintain workforce structures, security roles, approvals, and workflows.
