🕒 Experience Required: Minimum 1+ Years (in IT Staffing / Recruitment Sales)

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) who has hands-on experience in onboarding new clients and building partnerships. The role involves driving client acquisition for IT hiring requirements, vendor empanelment, and ensuring strong client relationships.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new clients for IT staffing solutions.
• Manage vendor empanelment and partnership development.
• Generate leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with recruitment teams for fulfillment.
• Meet business development targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Skills & Qualifications

 2 years of experience in software development preferably B2C experience.

 Experience in React native, Javascript.

 Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript (ES6 & ES5 ).

 Familiarity with RESTful APIs.

 Experience in working with the MERN stack or similar frameworks

Job Responsibilities:

• Finance, Social Analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skill with proven experience troubleshooting and fixing production bugs
• Experience in writing unit testing and test case automation.

• Implement defined user interfaces and experiences based on technical specifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or relevant work experience
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and Nexus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Frontend Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understanding requirements present in specification documents
• Integrate data from various backend-services and databases
• Working with code base across multiple development & staging environments
• Take part in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Be part of Production deployment & release activities

TECH SKILLS

• Must Have:

*       Proven working experience in web programming

*       Know HTML, CSS and JavaScript and the relevant web design coding

*      Must have knowledge on Angular 4+

*      Good to have knowledge on React js

*      Good to have knowledge on view.js

*      Good documentation skills
