Job Description:

 The HR Operations plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the human resources department. This position involves managing various HR processes to support the organization's workforce.  

 Job Details:  

● Taking care of onboarding/Exit, Induction, documentation etc. for successful joining of candidates at client’s place of various letters to the candidates on behalf of clients such as Offer Letters, Appointment Letters & ID Cards etc.  

● Coordination with clients for attendance & leave records.  

● Interact & maintain excellent relationships with our client’s employees by ensuring proactive solutions & support for all their HR related queries 

 ● Coordinate with internal departments for any kind of support required for servicing the client successfully  

● Good to have experience of payroll processing and compliances like PF, ESIC, PT, LWF etc.  

● Must have excellent verbal & written comm. Skills

Qualifications:  

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.  

* Proven experience in HR operations or a similar role. • Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software.

 • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Payroll Experience is mandatory. 

 • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Must be from Staffing industry ONLY

The VP of HR for our private security agency will be responsible for leading all aspects of the human resources function within the organization except Talent Acquisition. This includes strategic planning, policy development, Behavioural training, performance management, employee relations, and nuances of culture. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR management, preferably within the security industry, and possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Planning:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall objectives of the organization.

Identify and anticipate HR-related needs and challenges, and provide proactive solutions.

HR Operations:

Timely and accurate Payroll for Staff

Handling entire life-cycle of staff – Maintaining personal files, Confirmations, Exits, F&F Settlements

Compensation & Benefits – Periodical review of structure and Matrix

Employee Benefits, viz., Group Mediclaim, Group Personal Accident, Group Gratuity

Policy Development and Implementation:

Establish HR policies and procedures that comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Ensure consistent enforcement and adherence to policies throughout the organization.

Training and Development:

Design and implement behavioural training programs as and when required

Provide leadership development opportunities to support career growth and succession planning.

Performance Management:

Develop performance management system to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.

Implement processes for goal setting, regular performance reviews, and R&R programs.

Allocate resources to meet HR objectives and priorities.

Employee Relations:

Positive approach to employee relations issues, grievances handling, and conflicts resolution.

Handling Disciplinary procedures

Promote a positive work culture and foster employee engagement and morale.

Compliance and Legal Matters:

Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Stay abreast of changes in legislation and update HR policies accordingly.

Reporting and Analytics:

Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and key performance indicators.

Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Specification:

Bachelor's degree and in addition PG degree in HR is preferred

Proven experience of minimum 15+ years in HR management preferably within the manpower industry.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

What does the role entail:

• Design and implement test automation frameworks to ensure that the testing process is efficient, effective, and can be maintained over time.

• Analyse test results to identify areas for improvement in our educational product. You will work closely with the development team to identify and resolve any issues.

• Collaborate with other teams, such as development, product management, and user experience, to ensure that the testing process is integrated with the overall product development process

• Work to continuously improve the testing process, identifying opportunities to streamline and automate testing tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for software products.

• Write, execute, and maintain automated test cases using a Selenium with Java and commercial automation tool (e.g.TestComplete, UFT, etc.).

• Evaluate and recommend automation tools and technologies and continuously assess their effectiveness.

• Work with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

• Develop and implement automation standards and processes.

• Write code to automate the testing process, including the creation of test harnesses, stubs, and drivers.

• Collaborate with developers to identify areas for improvement in the development process.

• Understand how all components and interfaces of the product work together.

Must have skills:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 5 years of experience in the automation testing field.

• Strong coding and scripting skills in one or more OOPs programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, C#).

• Experience with enterprise commercial automation tools (Codeless tool) like TOSCA, TestComplete, Katalon, UFT etc.

• Expertise in Selenium WebDriver with Java Mandatory.

• Automation experience with CRM/ERP applications like Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans, test cases and test scripts.

• Practical experience in all types of testing including exploratory, functional and non-functional testing such as performance, reliability and security.

• Experience utilizing and testing web services, especially REST services.

• Familiar with build and continuous integration tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps.

Work on improving the flows and overall architecture of the core product at OneCard and OneScore app. 

What you will do:

• Execute all product design flows and visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conceptualize original mobile design ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex roadblocks.
• Create seamless navigation flows and architecture to improve discoverability, engagement and conversions. 
• Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Leverage user testing to make product improvements.
• Participate in contributing ideas, updates, and product development areas to the team.

Experience Range: 

Proven 5-6 years of work experience as a Product Designer. Must have worked on digital products. Familiar with user research practices. Having worked in the app product space is a huge plus. 

Technical Expertise:

• Demonstrable Product design skills with a strong portfolio is a must.
• Proficiency in Adobe XD, Illustrator and Figma is a must.
• Design eye-catching mobile app experiences for our app experiences.
• Up-to-date with the latest Mobile app trends, techniques, and technologies.
• BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or Visual Arts is a plus.
