The Ideal Candidate Will Be Able To-

• Take ownership of delivering performant, scalable and high-quality cloud-based software, both frontend and backend side.
• Mentor team members to develop in line with product requirements.
• Collaborate with Senior Architect for design and technology choices for product development roadmap.
• Do code reviews.

Ideal Candidate:

• Thorough knowledge of developing cloud-based software including backend APIs and react based frontend.
• Thorough knowledge of scalable design patterns and message-based systems such as Kafka, RabbitMq, Redis, MongoDB, ORM, SQL etc.
• Experience with AWS services such as S3, IAM, Lambda etc.

Strong dialer manager profile

Mandatory (Experience 1):Must have 2+ years of core dialer operations experience with major dialer systems — Genesys, Avaya, Aspect, Ameyo

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience in outbound campaign creation, list uploads, pacing changes, and real-time monitoring.

Mandatory (Technical Experience): Must understand routing/pacing optimization, retry logic, call attempts, ANI strategy, contact strategy, and compliance norms etc

• Define and execute innovation pipeline for the brand – knowing the stage Gate process
• Conceptualizing & launching new products – have past successes in conceptualizing a brand from scratch / repositioning etc.
• Responsible for driving and delivering business results on the brand
• Identify opportunities for the brand to grow which involves forecasting consumer insights and any opportunities and/or threats emerging from the competitive or technology landscape.
• Custodian of data for the portfolio; Analyse & Publish analytics for relevant categories/brand to aid critical brand decision making

Required Qualifications: 

∙Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience. 

∙5+ years of experience in a DevOps role, preferably for a SaaS or software company. 

∙Expertise in cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). 

∙Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Ruby). 

∙Extensive experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Travis CI). 

∙Extensive experience with NGINX and similar web servers. 

∙Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
