Your present skillset

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as data science, statistics, mathematics, physics or engineering.
• Strong knowledge in statistics, machine learning, NLP or AI techniques is a plus.
• Capacity to multi-task in a fast paced environment while keeping strong attention to detail.
• Coding skills required in at least one leading programing language (Python, R, Matlab and /or C++, C#).
• Experience in exploring large datasets across multiple time frames is a plus.
• Intellectual curiosity to explore new data sets, solve complex problems, drive innovative processes and connect the dots between multiple fields.
• Capacity to work with autonomy within a collegial and collaborative environment.

Sarcon is a leading edge VIrtual Events company. We are looking for a driven, result-oriented, seasoned sales executive to accelerate growth.

You would be responsible for the international sales of our B2B SAAS products. The products are cloud based and can be sold remotely in any geography.

Typical Responsibiliies

• Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, Email, Calls etc
• Set up Appointments, and present product demo
• Send over proposals and successfully close deals
• Take ownership of your sales pipeline and maintain meticulous logs of sales activity
• Guide customer into customer success in partnership with the Customer Success team
• We work in the event technology space so connections with event organizers/ event managers is a big plus.
• Prior experience with B2B Software sales - a must.
• Bonus - Prior experience in managing teams
• You must atleast have 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales experience or have connections in the events space to be considered.

Job Title: Telesales Representative

Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Engage potential customers, present products/services using prepared scripts.
2. Product Knowledge: Master details of offerings to effectively communicate benefits.
3. Lead Generation: Qualify leads, gather information, and identify sales opportunities.
4. Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive pitches, meet/exceed set sales targets.
5. CRM Management: Maintain detailed records using CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Previous telesales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibility

• Driving performance campaigns across Mobile, Desktop, App/APK
• Identifying and onboarding new affiliates and monitoring affiliate promotions
• Maintaining stimulating relationships with the current affiliates
• Lead business development initiatives for user growth

• Keeping track of affiliate performance, lead quality, and payments

• Work closely with UX designers and UX researchers to translate user needs and business requirements into visual designs that are minimalistic, easy to use, and emotionally engaging. 
• Follow and implement the visual design principles and visual trends. 
• Design for responsive and/or adaptive experiences for mobile and web.
• Collaborate and review designs with other designers and stakeholders to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception for a better user experience.

• Des/M.Des or equivalent experience in visual design with an amazing design portfolio. 1+ years of experience in visual design.

• A design enthusiast, exploring and experimenting with design elements and design principles.
• Abreast with the design possibilities within web technologies, mobile platforms, and excited about emerging technologies

• Candidate must have knowledge in the testing domain and must have knowledge of testing of web-based applications.
• The candidate will be responsible for the testing of web-based applications.
  The candidate will also act as the Business Analyst for the project. 
  The eye-catching ability to find bugs from a client’s perspective.
• Exposure to Automation Testing using Testing Tools such as (Selenium Web driver, TestNG, jmeter or similar tools) will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of software development life cycle.
• Familiar with Database testing; good reporting & documenting skills.
• Good analytical skills with Out of the box thinking and can do attitude.
• Should be flexible and adaptable 
• Good Problem-solving and Troubleshooting skill
• Will be responsible for creating Test cases and creating Client & Internal Reporting. 

Desired Candidate Profile

• A Master's degree in business administration (MBA), Marketing
• Minimum 16 to 22 yrs of Sales experience in personal care/ hygiene industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel regularly to different markets
• Proficiency with Microsoft office
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work well with little supervision
