Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced MLOps Engineer to join our growing AI/ML team. You will be responsible for automating, monitoring, and managing machine learning workflows and infrastructure in production environments. This role is key to ensuring our AI solutions are scalable, reliable, and continuously improving.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage end-to-end ML pipelines, including model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps teams to integrate ML models into production systems.
• Develop and manage scalable infrastructure using AWS, particularly AWS Sagemaker.
• Automate ML workflows using CI/CD best practices and tools.
• Ensure model reproducibility, governance, and performance tracking.
• Monitor deployed models for data drift, model decay, and performance metrics.
• Implement robust versioning and model registry systems.
• Apply security, performance, and compliance best practices across ML systems.
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of our MLOps capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering or MLOps, preferably in a production environment.
• Proven experience with AWS services, especially AWS Sagemaker for model development and deployment.
• Working knowledge of AWS DataZone (preferred).
• Strong programming skills in Python, with exposure to R, Scala, or Apache Spark.
• Experience with ML model lifecycle management, version control, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with MLflow, Airflow, or similar pipeline/orchestration tools.
• Experience integrating ML systems into CI/CD workflows using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Solid understanding of DevOps and cloud-native infrastructure practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Role Purpose:

- Lentra is seeking talented individuals and visionaries to join its sales team as Associate Directors/Regional Managers who are passionate and ambitious to take their career to the next level.

- You will be at the forefront of Lentra's growth story and will be responsible for acquiring new logos by selling Lentra's cutting-edge, state of the art Saas/PaaS solutions across the lending sector, building strong and sustainable relationships with the CXOs and decision makers.

Responsibilities:

- Employ personal communication and sales skills while meeting with prospective business/consumer clients

- Meeting and pitching our digital lending solutions to CIOs, CTOs, Retail/Consumer/ Business/ SME Finance Heads, CROs, Analytics Heads, of Banks, NBFCS and Fintech.

- Understand their requirements, work with internal teams to create a strong value proposition.

- Do demos and presentations to clients.

- Maintain consistent communication with clients through outbound calls and personal onsite visits.

- Create sales opportunities through alternate channels.

- Gather all necessary documentation for accounts to be opened.

- Attain sales goals; identify, acquire and grow new and existing banking relationships, meeting production volume as designated.

- Initiate and maintain strong referral relationships within the division.

Educational Qualifications:

- MBA in Marketing/Finance, BE/BTech

Experience and background:

- 8 -10 years of SaaS, software, data and analytics, IT solutions sales to BFSI segment is a must

- Strong network of CXOs in the BFSI sector

- Understanding of sales process of LOS (Loan Origination System), LMS (Loan Management Systems), BRE (Business Rule Engine), Score Cards, Data Analytics, Digital Lending Solutions

- Basic understanding of consumer and business lending processes of banks

- Must possess utmost professional qualities, high energy, results driven, and self-motivation

- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of client information

- Evidence of leadership abilities, a strong work ethic, detail orientation, self-motivation, teamwork, and organizational skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Help your engineers grow their skills and experience

- Conduct code reviews, and make technical contributions to product architecture as well as get involved in solving bugs and delivering small features

- Hold regular 1:1's with all members of the team, give regular and clear feedback around the individual's performance

- Foster technical decision-making on the team, but make final decisions when necessary

- Provide oversight and leadership to a team of developers to ensure timely execution of team and project deliverables

- Maintain up-to-date skills in software development technologies and a broad understanding of the business, business needs, and how applications/assets drive and support the business

REQUIREMENTS:

- 6+ years of experience in software development and 1+ in team management.

- In-depth technical experience in at least one of the core languages, frameworks, or technologies used in backend development.
