Associate Product Manager - Mobile App

Job responsibilities: 

• Partner closely with Product Design, Engineering, and Product Management to understand requirements and deliver product features and roadmap as envisioned by stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution from ideation, to prototyping, to user acceptance testing of product design tasks assigned.
• Conduct user interviews, user testing sessions, card sorting, and affinity mapping, conduct both qualitative and quantitative tests, and analyze the data.
• Design high-impact, functional responsive interfaces for web and mobile
• Collaborate with other designers and participate in our design critique process, to receive and provide feedback on design work

Skills you bring to the table:

• Experience in designing SaaS products with large customer bases
• Deep expertise using Figma/Xd/Sketch, and familiarity with design systems
• Knowledge of Carbon - IBM's Design system or experience building a design system from scratch is a plus.
• Fundamental understanding of the end-to-end iterative UX design process — research, ideation, information architecture, prototyping, validation, and refining solutions into pixel-perfect deliverables.
• Ability to articulate design decisions throughout the user-centered design process.
• Ability to update and engage with stakeholders like product managers and engineers.
• Relevant fundamental knowledge of front-end technologies to collaborate with UI engineering teams will be an advantage.

About the team

The mobile team maintains three apps: the main branded app HighLevel, the gray-label LeadConnector, and white-label apps. Their goal is to provide SMEs with on-the-go solutions. These apps include features like an in-house CRM,reputation management,VOIP Calls, and invoice management. The mobile payments team will handle payment-related functions like point of sale, terminal payments, creating invoices, and generating estimates and proposals.

The "Whitelabel Customizer" is a tool designed to build customized white-label mobile apps, offering clients a user-friendly "what you see is what you get" experience.

About the role

HighLevel Inc is looking for a Product Manager to join the mobile products team and own our mobile payments and White Label Mobile Products. You will be assisting the team in identifying opportunities, proving legitimacy, sizing the opportunity, performing user interviews and designing solutions based upon your findings. Highlevel's platform currently processes a total payment volume (TPV) of USD50 million each Quarter , and the company is shifting its focus towards increasing this TPV specifically through mobile transactions.

The White Label Apps is an expansion product that is currently generating 2 Million USD in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). You will have the responsibility to manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) for this product and work towards scaling the ARR by five times over the next year.

Your Responsibilities

1. Understanding the aspirations, pain-points and user behaviour of HighLevel customers
2. Identifying good ideas, cutting, prioritizing and visualizing solutions
3. Validating solutions with real users at the wireframe stage, gathering feedback from various stakeholders and users at mockup stage and conducting beta launches for target segments
4. Analyzing beta feedback and writing user stories
5. Collaborating with support, customer success, devs and product teams to become an evangelist for your product area and building a strong relationship with other teams while you work in a cross-functional environment
6. Instrumenting, analysing and learning from the user behavior when they interact with your features & products

The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with all required teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Define the product strategy, roadmap and own end-to-end product lifecycle.

The Product Designer will be responsible for driving design ideation, planning and prioritization of the diverse range of products of Synapsica.

• Drive user research, create detailed user journeys,user behavior and take appropriate design decisions backed by user-behavior and data. Define design strategies by analyzing data models and derive best practices within the team.
• Drive design ideation, planning,  and prioritization of our diverse range of products and features.
• Work closely in a small and agile team to iteratively improve user experience
• Take new features from ideation to prototyping, user testing and production.
• Strategize, develop, and extend the visual design systems and pattern libraries by coming up with new and innovative solutions which suit the Synapsica brand.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in designing digital products

Delivery Manager

Job Description

1. Review customer orders and plan and coordinate in the execution of projects and manage the client accounts
2. Develop scope and budget for projects
3. Ability to understand all technical aspects of the project and its requirements, articulate and communicate the same to internal stakeholders
4. Work with the Presales team to define the technical specification for features and functionalities and also determine the effort associated
5. Hands-on experience in creating SDD, SRS, Gantt Charts, etc.
