About the Role

OpenIAM is looking for a Solutions Architect (IAM) to support our enterprise customers in the

successful deployment and integration of OpenIAM’s platform. This role is highly technical and customer-facing, bridging architecture design, migration,

troubleshooting, and best-practice advisory.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CSMs to deliver technical onboarding and solution design for enterprise accounts.
• Lead integrations with enterprise directories, cloud services, databases, and custom applications.
• Provide migration planning and execution support for legacy IAM systems.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, including connector logic, data sync, performance, and HA setup.
• Advise customers on compliance/audit configuration (e.g., SoD, certifications, reporting).
• Work with Engineering to resolve escalations and influence the product roadmap.
• Deliver technical workshops, architecture sessions, and training to customer teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IAM architecture, engineering, or consulting (e.g., OpenIAM, SailPoint, ForgeRock, Ping, Okta).
• Deep technical knowledge of IAM standards and protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2, SCIM, LDAP).
• Hands-on experience with provisioning/deprovisioning, connectors, APIs, and scripting (Groovy, Java, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT environments (Windows, Linux, AD, databases, Kubernetes, cloud).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable presenting to technical and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• Actively work on server-side development on the .NET framework

5. Managing Infra-platforms like Mesos/Kubernetes, CICD, Observability (Prometheus/New

Relic/ELK, Databases, Data Platforms Infrastructure

1. Providing help in onboarding new services with a production readiness review process.
2. Providing reports on services SLO/Error Budgets/Alerts and Operational Overhead.
3. Working with Dev and Product teams to define SLO/Error Budgets/Alerts.
4. Working with the Dev team to have in depth understanding of the application architecture and

its bottlenecks.

1. Identifying observability gaps in product services, infrastructure and working with stake owners

to fix it.

1. Managing Outages and doing detailed RCA with developers and identifying ways to avoid that

situation.

1. Managing/Automating upgrades of the infrastructure services.
2. Automate toil work.
3. A collaborative spirit with the ability to work across disciplines to influence, learn, and deliver.

Skillset: Java developer with spring boot and microservices

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture,applications and modules
• Experience with integrations between ServiceNow and other
  tools/systems
• Proficient in all phases of the Application Development
  lifecycle with experience in an agile environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with
  experience interacting with clients at multiple levels
• ServiceNow certifications are preferred
• Experience with Knowledge Base platforms, ideally
  ServiceNow Knowledge Management application is a plus

• Oversees all company social media accounts management and reporting.
• Plan strategies to drive traffic and engagement to generate leads.
• Develop engaging, creative, innovative content and graphics for regularly scheduled posts, which promote brand-focused messages.
• Coordinate with other departments to plan social media activities.
• Design and handle paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
• Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
• Monitoring users' engagement with and feedback on every post.
• Exploring the potential value of social media sites that are not yet in our repertoire.
• In-depth understanding of all the latest and familiar social media sites with their associated algorithms.
• Finding relevant groups on social channels and contribute.
• Connecting with potential leads, and influencers to build a connection.
• Stay up to date with social media trends.
• Connect with social media influencers to improve brand reputation.

• Experience – 3+ years of experience
• Minimum a bachelor's degree
• Prior social media handling experience min 3 years
• Experience in handling social media automation tools such as Hoot suite, Hub spot, Buffer etc.
• Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexible and engaging writing style.
• Experience with a designing tool (Canva, Illustrator, etc)
