Assistant Professor - CSE/AI&DS/Cyber Security

• Email communication: Build rapport with our current clients and create sponsorship packages for them in our newsletter. Here’s our sponsorship page.
• Prospecting New Sponsors: Identify and engage potential sponsors for our newsletter through various channels, inbound, and outbound (cold outreach, warm intros etc.)
• Closing and Processing Sponsors: Take charge of the entire sales cycle - from prospecting potential sponsors to closing deals and facilitating the processing of sponsorships, ensuring a seamless collaboration with sponsors.
• Content Collaboration: Collaborate with the content team to integrate sponsorships seamlessly, ensuring a win-win for both sponsors and our audience.
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and refine sales strategies based on market trends and feedback, continuously improving our sales approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in Ad Sales: Preferably 2+ years of experience in ad sales, preferably in the newsletter or media industry. Bonus points if you've closed $1M+ deals before (combined) and ideally $50k+ deals (singular). Not required!
• Proactive Approach: A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing potential sponsors, with a knack for opening doors and establishing relationships.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present sponsorship packages compellingly.
• Team Collaboration: Experience working in collaborative environments, partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
• Tech Stack: familiarity with CRMs, Airtable, Superhuman (for email and follow ups)

Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures

•  Review and ensure the India information security policies are aligned with group policies and practices.
•  Review and provide recommendations to India policies, standards, guidelines/ processes concerning RBI (Reserve Bank of India) regulatory requirements
•  Coordinate with business units to define SLA for India
• Formulate the security strategy and roadmap for India

Information Security

•  Identify and ensure compliance to unique security requirements for RBI (Reserve Bank of India) related to RBI cyber security framework and RBI Guidelines on Information security.
•  Establish contacts with RBI (Reserve Bank of India) regulators to receive security updates, circulars
•  Coordinate for the group for various regulatory security audits at the Singapore location.
•  Monitor and track all India open issues with IT and concerned international SPOCS
•  Assist the GSO office and BU in attaining information security compliance objectives.
•  Identify issues that could impact the bank and escalate any serious issues/ breaches/ violations; develop/monitor action plans for its closure in liaison with local, and overseas branches, and business groups.
•  With the support of the Head office GSO team, perform risk assessments for locally implemented IT solutions and track open issues to closure
•  Instigate and maintain contact with RBI Regulatory Authorities, Regulatory compliance department, and ensure good & healthy working relationships.
•  Review new regulatory legislations; promptly communicate all regulatory notices/circulars to all concerned areas, provide interpretations if necessary; develop/monitor action plans towards its implementation.
•  Assist Head office during Regulatory Examinations; ensure implementation/regularization of observations linked to compliance while meeting the deadline(s).
• Respond to queries that are sought by local Regulatory Authorities / Law Enforcement Agencies Head Office & Overseas branches, in a timely manner with complete and accurate information.

Job Context

• Project Management Experience in managing teams of sizes 10-12 people in multiple domains. Managed international projects in mobile and web.
•     Knowledge of UI / UX process
•     Knowledge of Cloud Deployments - AWS, Azure, Docker
•     Knowledge on creating SRS / Scope Documents, Functional specification, technical architecture and project estimations.
•     Knowledge on Mobile Technologies (IOS/Android/Hybrid/Shell apps)
•     Hands on experience on working with SOAP and REST web services (XML/JSON)

You will work with our team and end clients to ensure that the customer requirements are implemented on-time and on-budget. You will coordinate with the rest of the CRM-solutions team to handle sales engineering, support, and technology transformation initiatives.
