Assistant Operations Manager - Cloud Kitchen

We’re looking for a Visual / Motion Designer who can create engaging 2D and 3D assets for a mobile-first, gaming-style social application. The role involves designing lightweight, performance-friendly visuals that enhance user engagement and delight.

What You’ll Be Working On

You’ll design a wide range of in-app assets, including:

• Banners & promotional creatives
• Illustrations & character elements
• Empty state & onboarding visuals
• Entrance animations & interaction effects
• 3D in-app effects and in-app rewards
• Other game-like visual elements for a social experience

What We’re Looking For

Core Skills (Must-Have):

• 2–3 years of experience as a Visual / Motion / Game Artist or similar role
• Strong experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (non-negotiable)
• Proven ability to design mobile-optimized assets
• Hands-on experience with Lottie animations (JSON-based assets)
• Comfortable working with Rive and/or LottieFiles
• Good understanding of performance constraints on mobile (file size, rendering, FPS)
• Experience creating 3D assets & effects for mobile apps or games
• Familiarity with tools like Blender / Cinema 4D / Unity (or equivalent)
• Ability to export optimized 3D assets suitable for real-time usage

Nice to Have

• Experience working on gaming, live-streaming, or social platforms
• Understanding of micro-interactions & motion principles
• Ability to collaborate closely with product, engineering, and UX teams
• Knowledge of asset handoff best practices for developers

• You balance visual quality with performance
