Assistant Manager - Accounts payable

📍 Location: Bangalore

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end restaurant operations across the region

• Drive top-line and bottom-line growth of business units

• Ensure compliance with operational standards, audits, and reporting systems

• Lead new franchise openings and expansion initiatives

• Strengthen franchise relationships and support business development

• Monitor financial performance, cost control, and budgeting

• Enhance customer experience and service recovery systems

• Lead, train, and develop Restaurant Managers and teams

📊 What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma/Graduate in Hotel Management / Hospitality (F&B background preferred)

• 8–10 years of experience in multi-unit or regional roles

• Strong leadership, operational, and financial acumen

• Experience in handling franchise models and scaling operations

• Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance

Good experience in 5+ SQL and NoSQL database development and optimization. 

∙Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Redshift, MySQL, MongoDB, and Flyway. 

∙In-depth understanding of data warehousing principles and performance tuning techniques. 

∙Strong hands-on experience in building complex aggregation pipelines in NoSQL databases such as MongoDB. 

∙Proficient in Python or Scala for data processing and automation. 

∙3+ years of experience working with AWS-managed database services. 

∙3+ years of experience with Power BI or similar BI/reporting platforms. 

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Should have excellent knowledge of Swift and Objective C
• Good working knowledge in Cocoa Touch
• Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools
• Experience with memory management & caching mechanisms specific to mobile devices
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Experience working with Core Data, Realm
• Understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
• Experience in publishing apps to the App Store.
• Code version tool – Git, Bitbucket
• Design Pattern - MVC and MVVM, MVP
• Must be able to provide individual or project oversight on rapid prototyping/POC 
• efforts and large scale enterprise wide roll out planning.
• Must be familiar with software development methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, Iterative etc.
• Must have strong analytical skills and should be able to define and build competency assets – estimators, tools, reusable assets, scripts, etc.
• Must have strong communication and customer interfacing skills with particular emphasis on Scope and Requirements Management
• Experience in IoT domain will be a big plus

Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries and provide resolutions.

Communicate effectively with customers in a polite and professional manner.

Manage customer interactions in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high customer

satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and follow up where necessary.

Collaborate with the team to meet individual and team performance metrics.

Adapt to dynamic customer requirements and handle escalations where required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

Languages Required: Proficiency in Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, and English (mandatory).

Strong verbal communication skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.

Prior experience in a voice process or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.

Good listening and problem-solving skills.

Basic computer knowledge to manage call-related data and CRM tools.
