About the role and responsibilities

The UI/UX designer’s role encompasses a couple of the following responsibilities.

To be able to communicate and tell stories with animations

To understand, conceptualise and create storyboards for micro-animations and animations before the final animation

Working alongside UI/UX designers to enhance the experience of digital products

Frequently identify opportunities where motion design would enhance the user experience in digital solutions

Create high quality, creative and innovative animations in 2D and/or 3D

To have a keen interest in learning new tools and expand their horizon of knowledge

About the requirement

The UI/UX designer should have the following abilities

Proven motion design experience and a diverse portfolio to showcase one’s work

Strong storytelling skills and a solid foundation in the fundamentals of visual and motion design

Display the ability to work in different styles

Proficient in softwares like After Effects(presets and plugins), Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.

A keen eye for design aesthetics and details

Able to articulate ideas, both written and spoken, to drive impact

Good communication skills

Ability to work methodically and meet work in a fast-paced environment

The ability to create illustrations will be a plus

Prior experience with product company or digital products will be a plus

Degree / Certification in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

• Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
• Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
• Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
• Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.

• A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
• A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
• Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A team player but can work independently too.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

• Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
• Identifying web-based user interactions.
• Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.
• Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following react.js workflows.
• Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.
• Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
• Monitoring and improving front-end performance.
• Documenting application changes and developing updates.

• Thorough understanding of React.js, React DOM and its core principles
• Experience in State Management Frameworks like Redux.
• Experience in developing cross-browser/platform compatible solutions for web.
• Experience of backend integrating with RESTful services.
• DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• In-depth knowledge of newer specifications of TypeScript, ES6,HTML 5,CSS 3.
• Must be familiar libraries like Material UI, Formik.
• Experience in Micro Front End architecture with Webpack Module Module Federation to combine multiple domain driven web apps on the same page without refreshing the page.
• Experience in different approaches on orchestration of Micro-apps of Client Side composition.
• Experience with package manager like npm,yearn.
• Experience with tools/packages like Visual Studio Code,ES Lint,SonarQube,Keycloak.
• Good understanding on Unit testing framework - Jest/ enzyme.
