Job description

Description: Digital Ad Operations Traffickers will execute day-to-day tasks as a part of the Ad Operations team, including the testing, execution, optimization and troubleshooting of advertising campaigns. Job Responsibilities: 1. Looking for an enthusiastic, analytical person to manage our online advertising campaigns end-to-end. 2. Work directly with our ad ops team to perform all aspects of traffic management, including testing, implementation delivery, and optimization of ad campaigns. 3. QA for all campaigns that go live. 4. Working on optimization plans on a campaign-by-campaign basis to maximize both yield and advertiser performance. 5. Reporting and analytics. Desired Skills: 1. 1-2 Years of hands on experience working in online advertising operations. 2. Very Much familiar with ad servers such as DFP, Ajillion, Sizmek, DART, DBM, Teads, AppNexus, Ad Exchanges etc. (we use DFP so direct DFP experience is preferred). 3. Very Much familiar ad codes (HTML, JavaScript, Flash, etc.) 4. Strong MS Excel skills must. Qualification Requirements: 1. Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a deadline-oriented environment 2. Strong organization skills and attention to accuracy a must 3. Excellent communication, organization, analytical and internal client-facing skills 4. Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize effectively between projects 5. Capability to work proactively under pressure, understand customer needs and build relationships 6. Must be a team player with strong customer service skills 7. Fluency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) 8. Prior Digital Ad Operations experience preferred (Must be 1-2 years minimum) 9. Knowledge of Digital Ad Server systems a plus.
