Job Description: Python-Azure AI Developer

Experience: 5+ years

Mandatory Skills:

• Python: Expert-level proficiency with FastAPI/Flask
• Azure Services: Hands-on experience integrating Azure cloud services
• Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis
• AI Expertise: Exposure to Agentic AI technologies, frameworks, or SDKs with strong conceptual understanding

Good to Have:

• Workflow automation tools (n8n or similar)
• Experience with LangChain, AutoGen, or other AI agent frameworks

Customer Support Roles

1. Customer Support Representative: Handles customer inquiries, resolves issues, and provides product information via phone, email, or chat. Should be good in English and Hindi

2. Customer Service Agent: Provides assistance and support to customers, answering questions and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.

3. Help Desk Support: Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues for customers, providing timely and effective solutions.

Chat Process Roles

1. Chat Support Agent: Responds to customer inquiries and resolves issues via live chat, providing quick and accurate solutions.

2. Live Chat Representative: Engages with customers in real-time, addressing their concerns and providing support through live chat platforms.

3. Virtual Customer Support Agent: Handles customer support requests via chat, email, or social media, providing timely and effective solutions.

• At least two projects experience in automating mobile applications on mobile platforms (Android and iOS)

• Experience in creating branches and workflows using Git
• Experience in Appium, testng, cucumber, selenium, page factory, maven
• Experience with tools & applications such as JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, Git
• Designs, develops, maintains, and troubleshoots automated suites of tests
• Work with developers to get bugs reproduced and tested
• Very good in java OOPs Concepts
• Good analytical and communication skills

Job Description:

• Should have knowledge and created forms using Django. Crispy forms is a plus point.
• Must have leadership experience 
• Should have good understanding of function based and class based views.
• Should have good understanding about authentication (JWT and Token authentication)
• Django – at least one senior with deep Django experience. The other 1 or 2 can be mid to senior python or Django
• FrontEnd – Must have React/ Angular, CSS experience
• Database – Ideally SQL but most senior has solid DB experience
• Cloud – Azure preferred but agnostic
• Consulting / client project background ideal.

• Django deployment to Azure via Docker.
• Django connection to Azure SQL.
• Django auth integration with Active Directory.
• Terraform scripts to make this setup seamless.
• Easy, proven to deployment / setup to AWS, GCP.
• Load balancing, more advanced services, task queues, etc.
