Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Intern to work directly with our Founder. This role will give you a front-row seat to how client relationships are built, how pitches are crafted, and how an agency grows. As an intern, you’ll primarily assist in day-to-day tasks, research, documentation, and coordination—while learning the ropes of business development first-hand.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing client presentations, pitch decks, and proposals.
• Conduct basic research on industries, brands, and competitors as required.
• Support the Founder in client meetings by taking notes, tracking action points, and following up.
• Help maintain documentation, reports, and CRM updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information for pitches and proposals.
• Learn and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.

• End-to-end ownership of new feature development, from design, through implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance in production
• Translating of high-level requirements and end-user use cases into design proposals, including integration with external services and constraints of underlying service infrastructure
• Maintaining constant focus on scalability, performance and robustness of a feature, on the top of base functional implementation

Full Stack Developer - Responsibilities:

1. Perform design, development and support of existing and new products.
2. Understand product vision and business needs to define product requirements and product architectural solutions.
3. Develop architectural and design principles to improve performance, capacity, and scalability of product.
4. Work with Product Manager in planning and execution of new product releases.
5. Consult business management team to clarify objectives and functional requirements for new or modified products.
6. Work with domain, product management and product engineering teams in the solution engineering efforts.
7. Work with pre-sales and product management teams in solution demonstrations.
8. Maintain product roadmap and architectural standards that assure product development projects optimally align with business objectives.
9. Define product validation policies so as to deliver products that meet system and project expectations.
10. Facilitate the creation, review, and sign off of project deliverables.
11. Provide support for production escalations and problem resolution for customers.
12. Assist technical team with issues needing technical expertise or complex systems knowledge.
13. Develop broad knowledge about current and future product features.
14. Analyze market segments and customer base to develop market solutions.
15. Define product requirements that address market opportunities.

Technical Skills Required – Mandatory:

- Cloud Technologies – AWS OR Bigdata (Basic Level)

Strong knowledge in writing complex SQL queries and Knowledge of Performance Tuning

Excellent working knowledge of production support role and Strong debug/troubleshooting skills

Provide 24×7 operational support to all production practices on holidays and weekends.

Hands-on experience in production support for data engineering processes, root cause analysis, and identifying opportunities to improve existing processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Set up and optimize the existing integration, monitoring and alerting processes.

Working knowledge of ETL/ELT in Hadoop, Spark and MPP databases is required.

Effectively collaborate with the partners (SMEs, DBA, and Business users) to ensure the reliability of the Data systems.

●MS or BS/B.Tech in computer science or equivalent experience from top college.

● 2+ years Strong Product Development experience
● Proficiency in multiple programming languages, both dynamic (Ruby, Python, Golang etc.)
and strongly typed object oriented language.
● Experience and knowledge of open source tools & frameworks, broader cutting edge
technologies around server side development.
● Excellent data structures, algorithms and problem solving skills.
● Experience with Test Driven Development within a continuous Integration environment

Opportunity

Create creative interactions for our app products and their marketing channels. As a Motion Designer, you are detail-oriented and understand how form influences function, can weave motion into interaction design, and simplify complexity. It’s your job to apply your passion for animation to simplify complex interactions and solve challenging design problems.

What you will do:

• Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, explainer videos, websites, marketing demos, etc.)
• Prepare storyboard for motion graphic project.
• Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc for graphic design.
• Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
• Research and analyse best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.

Experience Range: 

Proven 3-4  years of work experience as a Motion Designer. Must have worked on digital marketing creatives. Having worked in the app product space is a huge plus. 

Technical Expertise:

• Portfolio of work demonstrating command of Motion Design.
• Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined output in a short time.
• Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast evolving environment.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, After effects, Premiere and Animate.
• BS/MS in Motion Design/ Visual Design/ Graphic Design is a plus.
• Experience with 3D graphics and animations is a plus.
