
Key Responsibilities:
- Azure Cloud Sales & Solutioning: Lead Microsoft Azure cloud sales efforts across global regions, delivering solutions for applications, databases, and SAP servers based on customer requirements.
- Customer Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor for customers, leading them through their cloud transformation by understanding their requirements and recommending suitable cloud solutions.
- Lead Generation & Cost Optimization: Generate leads independently, provide cost-optimized Azure solutions, and continuously work to maximize value for clients.
- Sales Certifications: Hold basic Microsoft sales certifications (Foundation & Business Professional).
- Project Management: Oversee and manage Azure cloud projects, including setting up timelines, guiding technical teams, and communicating progress to customers. Ensure the successful completion of project objectives.
- Cloud Infrastructure Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of Azure cloud infrastructure and services, including migrations, disaster recovery (DR), and cloud budgeting.
- Billing Management: Manage Azure billing processes, including subscription-based invoicing, purchase orders, renewals, license billing, and tracking expiration dates.
- Microsoft License Sales: Expert in selling Microsoft licenses such as SQL, Windows, and Office 365.
- Client Collaboration: Schedule meetings with internal teams and clients to align on project requirements and ensure effective communication.
- Customer Management: Track leads, follow up on calls, and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and optimizing cloud resources. Provide regular updates on Microsoft technologies and programs.
- Field Sales: Participate in presales meetings and client visits to gather insights and propose cloud solutions.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with various internal departments to achieve project results and meet client expectations.
Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years of experience selling or consulting with corporate/public sector/ enterprise customers on Microsoft Azure cloud.
- Proficient in Azure cost optimization, cloud infrastructure, and sales of cloud solutions to end customers.
- Experience in generating leads and tracking sales progress.
