Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement processes to deeply understand the client’s business as well as to onboard them such that they integrate Grexa into their daily operations confidently.
• Continuously monitor client engagement metrics to identify opportunities for optimization, proactively intervening to enhance platform adoption and satisfaction.
• Act as the strategic bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless resolution of operational needs while driving continuous improvement.
• Champion the voice of the client by collecting rich feedback and delivering it as actionable insights to influence product development and service innovation.
• Strategically identify growth opportunities among clients, advising clients on how to unlock more value through advanced features and tailored solutions.
• Own the client journey end-to-end such that Grexa’s renewal and revenue expansion objectives are met.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of work experience in Program Management, Operations, or Growth roles etc
• Experience in designing and scaling operational processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and delivering results.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and outcomes-driven — someone who can solve on-ground problems in real time
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic tech tools like CRM systems, Excel, WhatsApp APIs, marketing tools, etc.

• Strong UX-focused Product Design Profile
• Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 8+ YOE in Product Design, with a focus on UX Research, Designs and Design Operations, primarily in the B2B domain
• Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have strong experience with Large-scale B2B Enterprise products, and should be leading multiple verticals in the ERP products
• Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have strong experience in Project Management and Design operations - Like leading Design sprints, team task allocation, delivery planning and estimation
• Mandatory (Designation) – Must be Manager / Staff or above designation in Current role
• Mandatory (Team Managememt) - Must have atleast recent 2+ YOE as a Team Manager (Not mentoring, should be in a complete Manager role)
• Mandatory (Portfolio) - Must have strong B2B Products Case Studies for Complex B2B Enterprise level applications, with multiple connected modules (Dont want just simple UI screens in portfolio)

Preferred

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with a background in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field visits and have strong relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the EdTech sector
• Conduct field visits to meet clients, institutions, and partners
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Present product demos and explain solutions to prospective clients
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth

Requirements:

• Experience in the EdTech industry (mandatory)
• Willingness to travel and perform regular field visits
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets

Mandatory Skills:

·         Hands-on knowledge of Maven
