Role: Jr / Sr. Quality Engineer

Exp: 6 Months to 5 Years

Salary: based on experience

Location:  Pune work location, Interview location: Bhugaon

Main Responsibilities

1) Quality Standardization:

 To set Quality Standards for Acceptance of Materials as per Indian Standard Codes and specified requirements.

 Prepare Project Quality Plan as per stated quality requirements.

 Prepare inspection and testing plan for materials and activities.

 Formulating work procedure for construction activities and its implementation.

 Implementation of preventive measures for better quality product..

 Monitoring timely closer of NCR and its reoccurrence.

 Set Quality Objectives.

2) Inspection and Testing :

 Ensuring testing of materials is carried out as per ITP.

 Doing inspection of activities going on at site.

 Issuing NCR for defective / non-conforming works.

 Ensuring concrete and lab equipment’s are calibrated.

 Monitoring cube test reports and its deviation.

3) Training & Development:

 Conduct activity base training program for staff and workmen’s.

4) MIS:

 Preparing and submitting Quality reports on weekly basis.

 Conduct weekly quality review meeting.

Technical Expertise

• Advanced proficiency in Python
• Expertise in Deep Learning Frameworks: PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Experience with Computer Vision Models:
• YOLO (Object Detection)
• UNet, Mask R-CNN (Segmentation)
• Deep SORT (Object Tracking)

Real-Time & Deployment Skills

• Real-time video analytics and inference optimization
• Model pipeline development using:
• Docker
• Git
• MLflow or similar tools
• Image processing proficiency: OpenCV, NumPy
• Deployment experience on Linux-based GPU systems and edge devices (Jetson Nano, Google Coral, etc.)

Professional Background

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on Computer Vision and System-Level Design
• Educational qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Strong project portfolio or experience in production-level deployments

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contribute to the preparation of the project plans, layouts, and project elevations, considering aesthetic, functional, and contextual factors and designs for infrastructure projects - such as - residential, apartments, villas, commercial, and all necessary structural aspects of a building

2. Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and construction documents

3. Gather data related to the cost of construction, etc. conduct analysis, and prepare reports to assist in the decision-making process

4. Assist in quality take-offs and cost estimations for materials, Labor, and Equipment required for construction projects

5. Prepare project reports, including written documentation, graphical representation, and presentation to effectively communicate the design proposal

6. Maintain and update city and locality-level data related to construction cost, building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant information

7. Understand the regulatory requirements (all types of regulations applicable for the project) of each city, document and utilize them appropriately during the design of infrastructure projects

8. Participate in site visits to gain a better understanding of the project context.

Expertise in Front-end development taking into account response times, and optimize rendering

Role:

As an Android Developer who would work independently, the candidate is expected to actively acquire problems and deliver solutions. He/she would be required to produce software of the highest quality through self-discipline, clear and engaged communication, and attention to detail. The role would include custom web application development on (most typically on React.js, Angular), version control (github), testing (necessarily through test scripts written before code is written), daily builds and eventual deployment.

Job responsibilities

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor/Master’s degree in CS or Computer Engineering required
·        5+ years of programming experience in web applications development
·        Hands on Angular development experience 
·        Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
·        Working knowledge in Designing, Developing, and Deploying RESTful web services and other Web APIs.
·        Deep knowledge of Web Application Architecture and Object oriented design. Should have practical knowledge of design on more than two web applications.
·        Should be able to technically lead a small group of members

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
• Previous experience working as a React.js Developer.(2-8 years)
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
• Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
• Experience with user interface design.
• Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
• should have hands-on experience in backend software development using Java.
• should have proven expertise in Spring Boot REST/Microservices.
