About the role

We are looking for an experienced software engineer with strong technical and communication skills who has worked extensively on backend and frontend engineering systems that process large amounts of data at scale and manage services that handle thousands of requests every minute.

This role has an equal mixture of backend and frontend responsibilities. 

You will be expected to be autonomous, guide other developers who might need technical help, and collaborate with engineers from other teams, product managers and customer success and support representatives. 

Your Responsibilities

• Create new reporting features and improve the existing functionalities.
• Build backend and frontend API features and architecture.
• Work cross-functionally across our platform, scheduling and appointments, CRM and automation teams.
• Drive performance through benchmarking and optimization.
• Work with a wide range of systems, processes, and technologies to own and solve problems from end to end.
• Collaborate closely with our leadership team including engineers, designers, and product managers to build new features and products.
• Uphold high engineering standards and bring consistency to the many codebases and systems you will encounter.
• Work on 1 to 2 products.

Core Skills

• 3-8 years of experience as a full-stack software engineer.
• 2+ years of experience with Vue.js.
• Proficient with various programming languages and frameworks including but not limited to Node.js, JavaScript, Python and TypeScript.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB. Good to have a working knowledge of Redis and Firebase / FireStore.
• Experience with integration of various third-party platforms including Google AdWords, Facebook Marketing APIs, Twilio, Google Analytics etc.
• Understanding of various tools and techniques around caching, concurrency, and highly available, reliable and scalable systems. 
• Must be able to work with a team and collaborate remotely.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset, are eager to take on different roles when necessary and know how to navigate a start-up environment.

About the team

Our cloud-based platform includes products for lead generation, ad conversion, landing pages, sales and marketing funnels, social media posting, marketing emails, SMS, calls, website pop-ups, online forms and lead activity tracking. 

The Reporting team is responsible for generating reports on top of key product areas such as Ad conversion, attribution, telephony, human rollover and many more. Our team builds features by tightly integrating with various third party platforms namely AdWords, Facebook Ads, Twilio and DialogFlow. We strive to drive the product adoption, maximize the engagement and to provide an additional value to the customer base. 

We serve thousands of businesses that uses integrations with third party ad platforms, phone systems as well as integration with our AI Assistant and Human Rollover system. Our team also covers reporting over sales attribution, appointments and agency user performance. Our B2B customers use these tools to optimize the lead generation, marketing ROI and also to always be in the know of their agency’s and agents’ performance . Role & Responsibilities

Weare seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our CRM Conversation/ support AI chatbot team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Node.js and Vue.js and possess hands-on experience in various technologies and concepts. Responsible for implementing visual elements that users see and interact within a web application.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain CRM applications and features.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is an exceptional JS developer with significant experience on React and Node. You should be able to build and support complex applications single-handedly with a keen eye towards UX, design, security and performance. Additionally you will need to have a basic understanding of microservices, API integrations to aid in achieving our vision of building the most robust and scalable integration platform in the B2B Retail + Food verticals. You will be responsible for architecture, design and implementation of the entire system to support thousands of customers globally. Our stack is primarily built around Node, PHP, React, Angular, Mongo, PHP and advanced Infra and DevOps tools such as Kubernetes, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK and more.

Mentoring should come naturally to you, as well as finding the right balance towards process and documentation.
