Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Office 365 & Intune Administrator to manage and optimize enterprise-level collaboration, endpoint, and security solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Office 365, Intune, Entra ID, and automation, along with experience supporting Data Center Operations (DCO) and Network Operations Center (NOC) environments.
Key Responsibilities
Office 365 Administration:
- Manage and maintain all Office 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Handle user accounts, licenses, permissions, and configuration changes.
Intune Administration:
- Oversee device management, configuration policies, application deployment, and mobile device management (MDM) to ensure secure access.
Identity & Security Management:
- Maintain strong endpoint and user security through Entra ID, MFA, DLP, and compliance policies.
Automation & Scripting:
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and other automation tools to streamline Office 365 and Intune administrative tasks.
- Use Terraform or Ansible for infrastructure automation (IaC).
Monitoring & Incident Response:
- Monitor performance, health, and security of Office 365 and Intune environments.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support and ensure timely incident resolution.
Backup & Recovery:
- Manage backup solutions for Office 365 data and contribute to disaster recovery planning.
User Support & Documentation:
- Deliver end-user and technical team support, maintain comprehensive documentation, and create internal training resources.
