Job Overview

KGiSL MicroCollege is seeking a skilled and dynamic Communication Trainer to deliver offline training sessions at KGiSL Coimbatore. The trainer will be responsible for enhancing students’ verbal, non-verbal, and professional communication skills, preparing them for academic and corporate environments.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging sessions on spoken English, interpersonal communication, and professional etiquette

Improve students’ listening, speaking, presentation, and confidence-building skills

Conduct interactive activities such as role plays, group discussions, debates, and mock interviews

Customise training content based on student skill levels

Track student progress and provide constructive feedback

Maintain attendance and basic session reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Communication / Soft Skills / English Trainer

Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to engage and motivate college-level students

Experience in offline classroom training preferred

Certification in communication, English, or soft skills training is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging Python training (basic to advanced), including libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Django/Flask.
• Develop and maintain training materials and projects.
• Conduct practical sessions, doubt clearing, and evaluations.
• Guide learners on real-time Python applications and career readiness.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python, OOP, web frameworks, and data handling libraries.
• Prior training or mentoring experience is a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineersIllustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemapsDesign graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgetsBuild page navigation buttons and search fieldsDevelop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look likeCreate original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholdersIdentify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedbackAdhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar rolePortfolio of design projectsKnowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopTeam spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholdersGood time-management skillsBSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field

• Excellent knowledge about digital transformation strategies using public cloud, various architectures, benefits and case studies.  
• Hands on knowledge in implementing multi-tier applications over multiple cloud services and in a multi-cloud / Hybrid cloud environment.  
• Design high quality self-paced recorded training sessions for varied target segments - students, working professionals, and corporates.
• Continuously improve on teaching methodology to suit online model to lead to high student satisfaction.
• Develop and retain an up-to-date knowledge of current working practices.
• Carry out course monitoring and evaluation collating participants' training, assessment report at every fortnight.
• Create high quality training materials for the candidates
• Mentor other instructors/team leaders/Subject Matter Experts in the content and course delivery techniques for assigned technical courses.
• Continuously improve knowledge with necessary certifications and actively contribute in community forums

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 4 years experience on AWS or Azure as a solution architect or similar at the associate level.
• AWS certified solutions architect associate or higher
• Microsoft certified Azure administrator associate or higher  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience in building and delivering educational resources, including designing virtualized network training lab environments, administrating LMS systems for reporting, and authoring exams and self-assessment surveys.
• Experience in eLearning video development using Articulate, Camtasia, or Captivate software.
