You will directly work with the founders.

Outbound sales is a critical to generating meetings with qualified prospects. You will lay the foundation for and execute upon our outbound sales strategy.

The primary objective is to generate leads and setup meetings with qualified prospects by optimizing our outbound sales machinery - iterating on channels, messaging, ICP (ideal customer profile), tooling etc.

Role Overview

As an Outbound SDR, you’ll be at the front line of our sales process—reaching out to potential customers, identifying prospects, and booking qualified demos for our Sales Team. You’ll need to bring both sales acumen and a technical mindset to understand and communicate the value of our SaaS solution to international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 150–200 outbound calls daily to generate qualified leads.
• Research, identify, and engage prospects in UAE, Turkey, and the UK markets.
• Qualify leads through structured discovery calls and CRM-based workflows.
• Clearly communicate our SaaS product value and handle basic technical discussions.
• Book product demos for the Sales team and achieve/exceed weekly/monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate activity records and pipeline updates in CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.

Requirements

• Technical background (B.Tech, B.Sc. IT, or relevant education preferred).
• Proven experience as an SDR/Outbound Caller in SaaS or Tech-based companies.
• Ability to handle 150–200 calls/day with high energy and persistence.
• Prior experience working in international markets (UAE, Turkey, UK).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (knowledge of Turkish/Arabic a plus).
• Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and outreach tools.
• Goal-driven, resilient, and open to learning new sales processes.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) OR demonstrable experience.
• Proven experience as a Lead Software Engineer in AI/ML and Data Science.
• 8+ years of working experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience as Tech Lead or Team Lead.
• 5+ years strong knowledge of Python and software engineering principles.
• 5+ years strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and containerization.
• Docker (required).
• Azure or AWS (required, Azure preferred).
• 5+ years strong working knowledge of TensorFlow / PyTorch.
• 3+ years good working knowledge of ML-Ops principles.

Experience with application discovery prefera bly with tools like Cloudscape, to discover application configurations , databases, filesystems, and application dependencies

Experience with Well Architected Review, Cloud Readiness Assessments and defining migration patterns (MRA/MRP) for application migration e.g. Re-host, Re-platform, Re-architect etc

Experience in architecting and deploying AWS Landing Zone architecture with CI/CD pipeline

Experience on architecture, design of AWS cloud services to address scalability, performance, HA, security, availability, compliance, backup and DR, automation, alerting and monitoring and cost

Hands-on experience in migrating applications to AWS leveraging proven tools and processes including migration, implementation, cutover and rollback plans and execution

Hands-on experience in deploying various AWS services e.g. EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, Security Groups etc. using either manual or IaC, IaC is preferred

Hands-on Experience in writing cloud automation scripts/code such as Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation Template (AWS CFT) etc.

Hands-on Experience with application build/release processes CI/CD pipelines

Deep understanding of Agile processes (planning/stand-ups/retros etc), and interact with cross-functional teams i.e. Development, Infrastructure, Security, Performance Engineering, and QA

In your role you will:

• Be an active member of the GSS Fi management team in Global Centre Pune driving strategic and people orientated change programs.
• Manage a team of professionals delivering/processing the full cycle of cash allocation, cash management, accounts receivable and master data management
• Oversee and steer the day to day operation and delegate responsibilities across your team such that key performance indicators are consistently delivered.

• Solid knowledge in double entry book keeping (you don’t have to be a qualified accountant)
• Experience in creating and presenting cash flow forecasts to Regions and Group Treasury.
• Drive high quality Balance sheet reconciliations (Accounts receivable and Bank account)
• Experience in arranging payments (daily cash mobilisation) in the Regions that are being supported, which means multi-currencies.  This will also mean Legal Entity (LE) deposit maintenance and tracking.
• Credit Card payment processing and reconciliation
• Given we use Oracle, driving more automation to improve efficiency would be a good thing.
