• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Standups, Refinements, Retrospectives, Planning, and Requirement discussions)
• Communicate effectively, clearly, and thoroughly with the Scrum Team and Stakeholders
•  Provide innovative solutions to complex problems
• Design, develop and modify software applications/systems according to specifications
•  Develop technical documentation including services, object, and data model
• Create high-quality code and perform code reviews
•  Create unit and integration tests to ensure the code quality and functionality
•  Proactively learn and share knowledge of technology and compare the advantages and disadvantages of alternative solutions/technologies
• Help onboard new team members.

Job functions/Description:

• Work on building custom web pages and websites for departmental applications.
• Work on improvements to existing web pages and sites, as well as connecting to backend databases to extract and store data.
• Build reports as needed for user requirements.
• Evaluate new technologies around reporting, low-code webpage development and others.
• Assist team lead in testing new enhancements to our websites and reporting solutions.
• Test of the website enhancements that we are doing, especially from a compliance/audit perspective.
• Support and ongoing patching/maintenance of our systems.

Responsibilities:

 The tool development also involves working with SQL queries and web front end

Designing, developing, and testing web applications with .Net HTML, CSS and other technologies

Design and development of software applications (primarily web based) used in various areas of the bank (such as Loans processing, Treasury, Middle Office )

Manages the architecture, design, and coding of software for TFI from concept to finished product, in order to answer the needs of the Strategies, Sales, and Trading departments

Consults with end users within the Strategies, Sales, and Trading departments to identify where technology can automate current processes to enhance revenues and cut cost

Maintains currency in technical skills and all relevant fixed income industry sector factors

May lead the work of others and provide ideas which help to enhance TFI software applications

Software design & development principles such as SOLID, Domain-Driven-Design and Object-Oriented Development

ORM frameworks, particularly the Entity Framework

Skills

• 9+ years of experience as Lead hands-on developer with deep experience in building enterprise grade software in Microsoft ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, SOA, Micro-Services and RESTful Services with knowledge of SQL Server database.

• Strong experience in developing web applications in C#, .NET, LINQ, Net Framework 4.0, MVC 3/4/5, JQuery, Server side development experience with ASP.NET Web API

• Experience in Containers like Docker, Kubernetes and Cloud platforms like Google Cloud, AWS.

• Hands-on experience in building SOA or Micro-services preferably on .NET Core.

• Strong expertise in an object oriented principles and software design patterns.

• Proven Architectural skills with high standards in Code quality

• Knowledge of AngularJS or Typescript would be added advantage.

• Experience in DevOps, Agile practise, CI/CD tools, TFS and Cloud infrastructure.
