Responsibilities
• Possess good understanding of the Revenue Cycle Management(US Medical Billing) for Providers.
• Managing denials and rejection
• Verifying eligibility and benefits.
• Possess good knowledge of HIPPA, CPT codes, ICD9/10, Appeals, denial management.
• Follow up with Insurance companies in the US for denied/unpaid claims.
• Review the Claim status & update
• Communicate effectively, via phone and email
• Evaluation of clinical documentation.
As a Client Partner for account receivables, you will be responsible for making calls to insurance companies to follow-up on pending claims. We are looking for people with excellent spoken English skills, preferably with experience in account receivables, and denial management processes.

What Would You Do During Your Internship
- Create engaging reels and tiktok (and/or outsource this effectively)for our social media platforms
- Help manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok, adapting content to suit different channels
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and direct messages
- Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to recommend improvements to increase performance of our social media platforms.

About the Role
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will become a product expert and ensure that customers achieve their desired outcomes quickly and efficiently drive value throughout the onboarding experience. You will set up customers for immediate success by facilitating the implementation process, and educate them on the product, help solve their technical concerns and ensure smooth adoption of the product and services. As an onboarding specialist, you act as a customer's trusted advisor and have the potential to influence their future journey with SaaS Labs products.
Responsibilities

- Record the use cases, customer requirements and customization requests
- Develop success plans for the customer to quickly achieve their desired outcomes
