Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts with strong hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), reconciliations, and month-end closing activities. The ideal candidate should be a qualified CA with exposure to fast-paced E-commerce or Marketplace environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) including invoicing, collections, and aging analysis
- Perform bank, customer, and GL reconciliations on a regular basis
- Handle month-end closing activities including journal entries and reporting
- Ensure accurate accounting records and compliance with internal controls
- Support preparation of MIS reports and financial statements
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for resolution of reconciliation gaps
- Assist in audits and provide required financial documentation
- Drive process improvements for AR and closing cycles
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts
- Strong exposure to AR, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Prior experience in E-commerce / Marketplace industry preferred
