1. Client Handling:

● Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.

● Understand client requirements and expectations to align recruitment solutions accordingly.

● Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and repeat business.

2. Scheduling:

● Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients, candidates, and interview panels efficiently.

● Manage calendars to avoid scheduling conflicts and ensure timely updates to all stakeholders.

● Use appropriate tools to streamline scheduling and improve the overall recruitment process.

3. Client Responding:

● Promptly address client inquiries via email, phone, or other communication channels.

● Provide timely updates regarding recruitment progress and candidate status.

● Ensure a smooth flow of communication between clients and the internal team.

4. Client Escalation Handling:

● Manage and resolve client escalations in a professional and timely manner.

● Investigate issues thoroughly, identify root causes, and provide actionable solutions.

● Escalate unresolved issues to senior management if necessary while ensuring client satisfaction.

5. Panel Coordination:

● Liaise with interview panels to ensure their availability for scheduled interviews.

● Share relevant candidate information and interview materials with the panel in advance.

● Provide support to the panel for any technical or logistical requirements during interviews.

6. Candidate Coordination:

● Communicate interview schedules, instructions, and expectations to candidates clearly.

● Assist candidates with any queries related to the interview process.

● Ensure candidates are well-prepared and follow up on post-interview updates.

● Experience: 2+ years of experience in coordination and client-facing roles.

● Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment processes, tools, and scheduling software.

🎯 Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) with strong experience in Java, Selenium Automation, API Testing, and BDD Frameworks.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in designing robust automation frameworks, executing test suites, and ensuring product quality across web and API layers.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Java + Selenium + Cucumber
• Write and execute test scripts for UI and API layers
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for web and backend systems
• Validate RESTful APIs using Postman / RestAssured
• Participate in code reviews, test strategy discussions, and defect triage meetings
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitHub Actions)
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure end-to-end quality coverage
• Analyze failures, debug issues, and maintain test reports and documentation

🧠 Required Skills:

• Core Java – OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling, File I/O
• Selenium WebDriver – Locators, Waits, Page Object Model, TestNG
• Cucumber / BDD – Feature files, step definitions, Gherkin syntax
• API Testing – Postman / RestAssured (mandatory)
• SQL Queries – Basic database validation skills
• Version Control – Git / GitHub / Bitbucket
• Build Tools – Maven / Gradle
• CI/CD Integration – Jenkins / Azure DevOps (preferred)
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile & QA processes

Key responsibilities:

1. Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions accurately.

2. Handle daily processing of invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents.

3. Maintain and update accurate financial records in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).

4. Oversee the entire sales process, including the creation and processing of Sales Orders, Invoices, and Delivery Notes.

5. Efficiently manage accounts payable and receivable.

6. Provide timely and accurate Debtors and Creditors Ageing reports.

7. Perform monthly bank statement and general ledger account reconciliations.

8. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statutory reports.

9. Ensure the proper management of statutory accounts.

10. Manage inventory accurately and ensure proper documentation related to inventory movements.

11. Assist senior management with tax-related matters and filings.

12. Maintain and update the Labor Register, Sales Register, and Purchase Register.

13. Provide support in ensuring accurate documentation and communication between departments.
