Rekise Marine is building autonomous ships and submarines that operate in the world's most hostile environments. We're executing India's flagship autonomous submarine project, the Jalkapi XLAUV, on order from the Indian Navy. This is an unmanned submarine weighing over 20 tons that can travel 5,000+ kilometers autonomously and operate in the ocean for 30+ days at a time.

We're creating some of the largest autonomous robots in the world, machines with direct impact on the global economy and national security. While autonomous cars in India may still be a dream, autonomous ships and submarines are already a reality, and it is possible to build for the world from India.

About the Role

We are seeking a UI Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the reliability, usability, and performance of our remote vessel control platform and related software systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge maritime technology and contribute to the future of autonomous systems.

Key Responsibilities

GUI and Automation Testing

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for the remote vessel control platform and related software.
• Build and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks such as Selenium or Playwright.
• Perform manual UI/UX testing to identify bugs, performance bottlenecks, and design inconsistencies.
• Integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline in collaboration with developers.
• Track, report, and document defects using tools such as Jira.
• Collaborate with developers to review, extend, and ensure coverage of unit tests (e.g., using Jest).

Field and System Testing

• Participate in field trials to validate system performance in real-world maritime environments.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Robotics, Embedded Systems) to debug and resolve complex hardware-software issues.
• Analyze test data from autonomous systems to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Contribute to the development of hardware-in-the-loop and software-in-the-loop simulation testing setups.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks (Selenium or Playwright).
• Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Proficiency in scripting with JavaScript.
• Experience with frontend testing using Jest.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities in multidisciplinary settings.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Prior experience with field testing or validation in real-world environments.

Key aspects of this role:
• Maintain, update, and enhance ITSM environment including Incident, Request,
Problem, Change and Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, Service Portals,
SLAs, Discovery, and Integrations
• Participate in the implementation and configuration of other ServiceNow products
outside of ITSM to increase the adoption of the ServiceNow platform.
• Responsible for performing daily administration, issue resolution, and
troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform.
Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.
To be the right fit, you will need:
• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development and
configuration.
• Proficient in developing, integrating and maintaining applications using ServiceNow
Platform technology and tools.
• Understanding of and experience working with IT Service Management processes
(Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLM, Service Catalog), PPM/ITBM
• Understanding of IT and business requirements with ability to develop, test, deploy

Oracle Cloud SCM (O2C & P2P) Functional

As a SCM functional, the individual should have extensive experience in 8-10 years of working experience in Oracle – Procurement and Order Management Cloud with at least 2 full cycle implementations is a must. He/she should have excellent skills in requirement gathering, analysis, solution designing, map/gap analysis, configuration, conducting training, conducting user testing, conducting the transition to Production, Support activities, Preparation of OUM/AIM methodology documentation.

• The candidate must have at least 8-10 years of experience with multiple implementation and configuration of Oracle Order Management and Procurement Cloud.
• Atleast 4 years of experience in Oracle Cloud and rest can be in Oracle EBS.
• Must have done at least 2 to 3 cloud implementations
• Hands on experience with Oracle Cloud OM implementation (Order Management and Fulfillment Cloud - Pricing Strategies, GOP (Global Order Promising), Shipping)
• Should have complete product knowledge of Oracle SCM Cloud modules such as Oracle Order Management Cloud, RMA, Inventory Cloud, Pricing Cloud, GOP(Global order promising), DOO (Distributed order orchestration) OTBI and Report development.
• Hands on experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud (implementation and Support).
• Must have hands on experience to gather requirements, perform fit gap analysis and map with existing functionality - must have knowledge on conducting large scale data migration, consolidation and conversion
• Should be able to identify the gaps in standard Oracle and come out with simple and effective solutions
• Should have experience in preparing the key implementation documents like Setup Documents (BR100), Functional Test Scripts (TE20), Functional Design documents (MD50) and User Training Documents using AIM Methodology.
