Role Summary: We are looking for a passionate Product Manager / APM to own and enhance the end-to-end product experience for both FOY Store (India & Global) and Personalise Me (Skin AI & Makeup Try-On). You will drive conversion, revenue, personalization, customer experience, and operational efficiency while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, cataloge, operations, and data/ML teams.

Key Responsibilities: FOY Store:

Own the full customer journey: CTR → ATC → Checkout → Purchase → Repeat Define assortment strategy, navigation, product discovery, search, filters, PLPs, PDPs Collaborate with brand, cataloge, marketing, and operations for pricing, availability, and content accuracy Run rapid A/B experiments to optimize funnel and conversion Build scalable product integrations with payments, logistics, loyalty, and subscriptions Define product roadmap and write PRDs / user stories for engineering Track and improve store GMV, margins, retention, cancellations, COD risk Personalise Me (Skin AI + Makeup Try-On):

Own the hyper-personalized beauty experience: Skin AI test, Virtual Try-On, BeautyGPT Collaborate with data/ML teams to improve recommendation accuracy Understand beauty user profiles, concerns, and preferences deeply Integrate personalized recommendations into the shopping journey to boost conversion Drive metrics: activation → profile completion → recommendation clicks → purchase Work with brand and catalog teams to tag inventory for personalization

Must-Have Skills:

Strong analytical mindset + customer psychology understanding UI/UX intuition for ecommerce and personalization best practices Strong Google Sheets & Excel skills SQL proficiency Experience with funnels, Clevertap/GA, AB testing tools Customer empathy, problem-solving, and curiosity for beauty tech and AI

Bonus Skills:

Experience with ecommerce marketplaces, D2C, or AI-driven recommendation systems Experience with personalization, gamification, or form-based flows Knowledge of AI tools and product integrations

Qualification: ITI /Diploma Electrical or Electronics or technicians.

Experience: 3 years + experience Telecom field (preferably in IBS Network)

Job Description for Technicians / Riggers:-

·        Knowledge of RIL Automation tools: JPW

·        Preventive Maintenance & Corrective Maintenance of

o  IBS (Indoor Small Cell/WiFi/UBR (P2P/P2MP)) : Battery & SMPS, Electrical Panel, Energy Readings of energy meters, Earthing & Power System, Alarm extension to NOC, Security Alarm System testing.

o  Small Cell / L2 Switch / UBR All Type / WiFi : Power/CIPRI cable, GPS Connector, Antenna & LOS alignment, etc

o  SMPS Maintenance : Rectifier Ventilation cleaning, LVD/BLVD setting check, Check All Parameters visible on NOC, Hardware Replacement - Rectifier, Controller, Communication

o  Battery Maintenance : Battery Discharge test, Voltage & abnormal temperature, Earthing & Power connection.

o  Earthing Maintenance : Earth pit Measurement and Maintenance, Record Voltage between Neutral & Earthing, Check earthing bonding at all points at site.

·        Overall hygiene of site

·        Reset and/or Replacement of HW /cards - Replacing Faulty cards with Healthy Spares at site.

·        Bring faulty Module from Site to CMP - Providing data for Consumption booking in SAP.

·        Related tasks as instructed by NOC 

·        Required to climb mobile towers.

·        Tower climbing training will be provided before joining.

Position: Windchill Developer

Profile of the Job Holder:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Computer Engineering stream;

· 2-5 Years of relevant work experience;

· Highly motivated & self-initiator with good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment;

· Ability to work within a fast-paced environment with changing priorities;

· Ease at dealing with ambiguity in work situations

· Empower themselves by seeking authority to make decisions within appropriate guidelines;

· Recover quickly and learn from setbacks;

Key Skill & Knowledge Profile:

· Understand Basic Concepts of PLM

· Experience in Windchill / PDMLink customization

· Thingworx Knowledge

· Programming Knowledge of Java, JSP, XML, and HTML

· Ability to create reports using query builder

· Basic knowledge of any database (Oracle, SQL servers)

· Prepare and maintain all necessary documentations

· Responsible for meeting development schedules and ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements

· Adopt best practices on software development processes and ensure that quality processes is adhered

· Understand the deployment process and execute accordingly

· Escalate issues in a timely fashion to the PLM Operations Team to ensure Business visibility
