Admin Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive with hands-on knowledge of taxation, transfer entries, and basic accounting functions. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounting transactions, supporting tax-related activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day accounting operations.

The ideal candidate should possess good analytical skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and experience working with accounting software such as Tally, ERP, or similar systems.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Operations

• Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records. 

• Pass journal entries, transfer entries, payment entries, receipt entries, and contra entries. 

• Handle bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny. 

• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. 

• Maintain vendor and customer account records. 

• Support monthly and yearly account closing activities. 

Taxation

• Assist in GST calculations, reconciliation, and return preparation. 

• Maintain proper tax-related documentation and records. 

• Coordinate for TDS deductions, entries, and compliance activities. 

• Ensure compliance with applicable taxation and accounting regulations. 

• Support during audits by providing required financial documents and reports. 

Financial Documentation

• Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and supporting documents. 

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records. 

• Verify bills, vouchers, and supporting documents before processing payments. 

• Prepare basic MIS and financial reports as required. 

Coordination & Compliance

• Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related requirements. 

• Follow up with vendors/customers for payment confirmations and documentation. 

• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information. 

• Assist senior accounts team in daily finance operations and audit support. 

• Promote insurance products and services through digital and offline marketing channels.

• Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads.

• Assist in organizing and participating in promotional campaigns, marketing initiatives,

and customer engagement activities.

• Support the sales team in pitching insurance plans and explaining product benefits.

• Collect and analyze market feedback for continuous improvement.

• Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge.

• Maintain accurate records of outreach and customer interactions using CRM tools or

spreadsheets.

• Close sales deals and work towards achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Travel to different cities for client meetings, product demos, and business negotiations.

• Visit customer sites to understand requirements and build strong business relationships.

• Maintain proper documentation of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Qualifications:

• Education:  MBA or equivalent from a prestigious institute such as IIM preferred.
• Experience: 4-6 years of progressive experience in business development, operations management, or related fields. Prior experience in a leadership role preferred.

Job Summary:

The ATS Senior Executive will be responsible for managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) used by the company to source, screen, and hire candidates. They will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, Delivery Heads and other stakeholders to ensure the ATS is optimized to meet the company's hiring needs, and that all users of the system are trained on its features and functionality. The ATS Senior Executive will also be responsible for data analysis and reporting to ensure the recruitment process is efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS)- JobDiva and Labor Edge to ensure they are optimized for recruitment needs.

·       Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the ATS is meeting their needs and providing the necessary support.

·       Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and provide recommendations to stakeholders.

·       Train recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders on the use of the ATS, ensuring they understand its features and functionality.

·       Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the ATS, ensuring it is properly organized and easily accessible.

·       Develop and implement recruitment metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process.

·       Provide support to recruiters and hiring managers in the use of the ATS, answering questions and providing guidance as needed.

·       Participate in the evaluation and selection of new ATS software, as necessary.

·       Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and the use of the ATS.

Essential Requirements:

·       Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations and Human Resources, Statistics or a related field.

·       1+ years of experience in managing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)- specifically JobDiva including Coddlers, VMS & MSPs Sync, and other peripherals integration in the corporate environment.

·       Working knowledge of ATS- Labor Edge will be an advantage.

·       Experience working in recruitment operations.

·       Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

·       Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

·       Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends and develop its BI reports.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·       Proficient in MS Office Suite.

·       Knowledge of recruitment-related laws and regulations.

• Experienced in Linux-based database technology and versed with stored procedures.
