Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Python, Numpy, Scikit, Pandas, ETL/SQL, BI tools in previous roles preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work with Business stakeholders, Business Analysts, Data Analysts to understand various data flows and usage.
• Analyse and present insights about the data and processes to Business Stakeholders
• Validate and test appropriate AI/ML models based on the prioritization and insights developed while working with the Business Stakeholders
• Develop and deploy customized models on Production data sets to generate analytical insights and predictions
• Participate in cross functional team meetings and provide estimates of work as well as progress in assigned tasks.
• Highlight risks and challenges to the relevant stakeholders so that work is delivered in a timely manner.
• Share knowledge and best practices with broader teams to make everyone aware and more productive.

What You Will Do

• Acquisition strategy: Identify and strategise the next set of cohorts and channels that we need to unlock. This is going to set the roadmap of the pod and effectively unlock new opportunities for activation improvements
• Drive Initiatives: Liaise with internal team members and also with Product, Analytics, Creatives, etc., to drive solutions, scale-up, and achieve efficiency improvement in performance campaigns
• Performance Management: Identify issues which impact CPI and incoming user quality and RCA
• Strong understanding of data - we are a data driven organization, and measure outcomes closely through internal metrics. You will be working closely with the Analytics team across problem discovery, solutioning, execution and measurement

What Will You Need

• Bachelor's / MBA degree in any discipline from a top-tier college – MBA is preferable
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing strategy / Growth in a high-growth startup, or strategy consulting firm
• Structured problem-solving with good communication skills
• Data-driven with good Excel skills. Proven ability to take up high ownership

We are looking for a skilled and passionate DevOps Engineer to join our Centre of Excellence to build and scale effective software solutions for our Ecommerce Domain.

Wondering what your Responsibilities would be?

• Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure

• Provide full support to the software development teams to deploy, run and roll out new services and new capabilities in Cloud infrastructure

• Implement CI/CD and DevOps best practices for software application teams and assist in executing the integration and operation processes

• Build proactive monitoring and alerting infrastructure services to support operations and system health

• Be hands-on in developing prototypes and conducting Proof of Concepts

• Work in an agile, collaborative environment, partnering with other engineers to bring new solutions to the table

What Makes you Eligible?

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or Software Engineering with appropriate experience

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as DevOps Engineer

• Experience in working with a DevOps culture, following Agile Software Development methodologies of Scrum

• Proven experience in source code management tools like Bitbucket and Git

Responsibilities:

• Create games in Unity for iOS and Android (OSX and Windows is considered a plus).
• Write super-clean, testable, and well documented code in C#.
• Implement systems for the games based on design specifications.
• Implement, debug and refine core game play features.
• Collaborate effectively with a small, high-energy team of game designers and programmers.
• Work with other developers to devise customized solutions to difficult problems.
• Implement game functionality as per design document and specification.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of object oriented design, design patterns, 3D Math, and data structures.
• Expert knowledge of Unity3D Programming including Unity GUI, C# scripting, Asset Bundles, Materials/Shaders and iPhone deployment.
• Graphics Development (Particle Systems, Shaders). Experience with both 3D and 2D graphics in Unity.
• Experience implementing and/or creating native iOS and Android plugins for Unity.
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash.
• Experience with Visual Studio and/or Team Foundation Server.
• Experience using mobile platform native features such as accelerometer, camera, push notifications, etc.
• Strong knowledge of C# and the .net framework 2.0 or above.
• Must love to roll-­up sleeves and get dirty with Unity3D; Integrating textures, animation, meshes, adjusting lighting, setting camera angles, optimization, audio integration etc.

Skills:
