Responsibilities: ● Designing a service that curious minds and Brands will happily pay for ● Designing a sustainable model for writers, thinkers, and storytellers to share their work, and an experience that keeps them engaged every day ● Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off ● Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks ● Collaborating with engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience ● Translating information-dense outlines into beautiful and effective pieces of communication

We are looking for a motivated and talented MERN Stack Developer to join our team, own the product and lead the development. Responsibilities: To define code architecture decisions to support a high-performance and scalable application with a minimal footprint. To design and develop different modules of the application based on requirements. To find and implement solutions to complex problem statements for different modules in the application. To design and develop logical and physical data models that meet application requirements. To address any technical bugs and issues in the process. Skills: In-depth knowledge of NodeJS. Experience in implementing applications using Angular or React. Experience creating front end applications using HTML5, React, LESS/SASS. Hands on experience with JavaScript Development on both client and server-side. Experience with modern frameworks and design patterns. Knowledge of a backend NoSQL database such as MongoDB, DynamoDB. Job Description We are looking for a motivated and talented Digital Marketing Manager who would be responsible for driving the growth initiatives at White Panda. An ideal person well suited for this role will be someone who can think about problems in-depth; prioritize tasks in a timely manner; and in general, must be focused on getting things done. Lastly, we look for someone who is versatile, ambitious and is willing to grow along with the organisation. Responsibilities: 1. Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.). 2. Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers). 3. Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels. 4. Manage both on-page SEO and off-page SEO for the company. 5. Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions. 6. Grow our email list. Manage various email campaigns. Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.). 7. Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers. 8. Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.
