Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Outreach & Relationship Management:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to inform them about the company's services, products, and offers.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to trading, investment products, depository services, etc.
- Provide timely updates and information to clients about the stock market and their portfolio.
- Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction, encouraging long-term client relationships.
- Product Information and Advisory:
- Explain different financial products, including equity, commodities, mutual funds, and more.
- Help customers understand stock market trends, investment strategies, and opportunities to increase their portfolio value.
- Lead Generation:
- Generate quality leads by identifying potential clients and following up with them to convert into active traders and investors.
- Maintain an accurate database of clients and prospects.
- Sales Support:
- Assist in the execution of sales campaigns, including promotions and offers.
- Track client interactions, sales activities, and report progress regularly.
- Problem Resolution:
- Address customer concerns, complaints, or issues related to trading accounts, transactions, or market activities.
- Ensure timely resolution to enhance customer satisfaction and trust.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Adhere to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance procedures while making calls and handling client accounts.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate (preferably in Finance, Commerce, or related field).
- Experience: 1-2 years in a telecalling or customer support role, preferably within the financial services industry (stock broking, mutual funds, etc.).

Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic sales and marketing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to potential clients, including schools, colleges, and individual learners, to introduce them to our EdTech solutions.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive cold calling and follow-up on inquiries.
- Product Explanation: Clearly explain our offerings, address questions, and handle concerns to spark interest and engagement.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and guide them through the sales process.
- Database Management: Accurately update and manage customer databases with relevant information.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on call activities, lead status, and progress towards sales targets.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and communicate customer feedback to enhance our product offerings and improve satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from lead generation to sales closure.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years in telecalling, ideally within the Banking sector.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and engaging speaking style.
- Customer-Centric: Strong ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
- Persistence: Proven track record of handling rejection and staying motivated to meet targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM software and telecalling tools.
