Compensation & benefits

$1000/month base salary

Performance bonus/commission on top of base for strong work

What you'll be doing

Taking over repetitive editing tasks I currently handle myself, following existing video tutorials and SOPs

Producing static image creatives, including AI-generated statics (e.g., with Nano Banana)

Strong technical integration background needed — connecting tools using APIs and webhooks, connect anythign amrketing related (Pixels, CAPI, GTM, Webhook, Zapier)

Working inside our marketing stack: lead-distribution software (e.g., LeadProsper, Leadshook) and funnel builders

This is intermediate integration work — not advanced heavy custom development.

Skills

Required

Technical integration skills: APIs, webhooks, CAPI, GTM, Pixels, and connecting marketing tools, Google spreadsheet (SUPER Important)

Comfort using AI tools to handle technical and coding tasks

BIG BONUS: You have experience in affiliate marketing, understand this site - offervault.com/ CPC, CPA, CPL (not TikTok influencer stuff)

Eager to learn — for example, editing on CapCut can be picked up in a few days, and our internal videos/SOPs cover the rest

Willingness and ability to learn editing and AI tools like Veo and Kling quickly (basic to no prior editing experience needed)

We're a seven-figure pay-per-lead company. We generate leads through paid advertising and route them to the right buyers in real time. Reliable intake and distribution is the core of our business.

The Role We're looking for a technically strong, full-time VA who can build and maintain custom lead intake and distribution systems — essentially replicating what platforms like Lead Prosper and LeadByte do, but built and owned in-house. You'll capture leads from multiple sources, validate them, route them to the correct buyers, and deliver them automatically. You'll also handle mid- to high-level editing for our advertising. (Optional but huge bonus, SOPs available, I will also show how to do this)

What You'll Do

Build custom lead intake systems that capture leads from web forms, Facebook, Google, TikTok, APIs, and webhooks

Set up validation and filtering rules to catch duplicates, bad data, and unqualified leads before they're delivered

Build distribution logic to route leads to buyers (e.g. ping-post, waterfall, round-robin, weighted, or highest-bidder methods)

Deliver leads automatically to buyers, CRMs, and Google Sheets in real time

Create clean reporting so we can see lead flow, revenue, and performance at a glance

Produce and edit advertising creative (mid- to high-level video/graphic editing) (optional and I have SOPs for that, dont need to be a wizard at editing)

Proven experience building custom lead intake or distribution systems (or strong API/automation skills to build them)

Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and data validation

Familiarity with lead distribution platforms like Lead Prosper, LeadByte, LeadsPedia, or Boberdoo (a major plus)

Mid- to high-level editing skills for advertisements (I can show with SOPs)

Strong attention to detail, reliable, full-time availability

Bonus: background in pay-per-lead or performance marketing
