Key Responsibilities: As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads for multiple clients.
- Ensuring that every campaign aligns with client objectives and delivers results that matter.
- Mastering the art of event and pixel tracking, conversion tracking, and last-mile attribution.
- Running A/B tests like a pro to fine-tune strategies and boost campaign performance.
- Juggling 3-4 clients simultaneously, while overseeing multiple campaigns across the board.
- Building strong client relationships and keeping them in the loop with performance updates.
- Using cohort analysis to guide ad budget decisions with precision.
- Crafting platform-specific strategies and campaigns tailored to each client’s needs.
- Teaming up with creatives to design strategies that hit the mark.
Additional Requirements:
- Proven ability to interpret data and analytics to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Experience in using data visualization tools to present insights to both internal teams and clients.
- Demonstrated expertise in integrating performance marketing efforts seamlessly across various channels for a cohesive and synchronized strategy.
- Proven experience in coordinating efforts with other marketing channels such as SEO, content, and email marketing to maximize overall campaign impact.
- Ability to develop sophisticated audience targeting strategies based on customer segmentation, behavior, and demographics.
- Experience with CRM data integration for personalized and targeted marketing initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging platforms, incorporating innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Proactively identify and evaluate new advertising technologies and beta features for potential incorporation into campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and sales.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex strategies and results in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree? Even better!)
- 2-6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance management, or a related field.
- A proven track record of driving growth, launching successful products, and smashing revenue targets.
- Strong analytical mind, with a talent for making data-driven decisions.

- You’re a communication rockstar, able to present and interact with everyone from creatives to executives.
