We’re looking for a creative and analytical SEO Content Writer who can craft high-quality, keyword-optimized, and student-friendly content that ranks — and resonates.
You’ll work closely with our SEO and marketing teams to produce blogs, landing pages, and YouTube descriptions that attract, engage, and convert students.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation
- Write SEO-optimized articles, blogs, guides, and landing pages focused on JEE, NEET, and other exam categories.
- Research trending topics, student pain points, and exam updates to create relevant content ideas.
- Develop click-worthy titles, meta descriptions, and CTAs aligned with search intent.
- Craft compelling content for YouTube titles, descriptions, and community posts to enhance visibility.
2. Keyword Research & SEO Integration
- Work with the SEO Manager to identify high-volume, low-competition keywords and integrate them naturally into content.
- Ensure proper use of internal linking, header tags, schema structure, and readability optimization.
- Optimize existing content to improve rankings and CTRs.
3. Collaboration & Review
- Coordinate with design and video teams to develop visuals and infographics supporting your articles.
- Ensure brand consistency across all published materials — tone, accuracy, and formatting.
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, and factual correctness.
4. Performance Tracking
- Use tools like Google Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to track content performance.
- Regularly update and refresh old content to maintain relevance and ranking.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in SEO or content writing (EdTech/academic content preferred).
- Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization.
- Excellent writing, editing, and research skills in English.
- Ability to simplify complex academic concepts into engaging and readable content.
- Basic knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress or Notion.
We’re looking for an SEO Manager who can own and scale MathonGo’s organic visibility across all platforms — from YouTube and Google Search to our microsites and blogs. You’ll be responsible for driving high-intent organic traffic, optimizing rankings for educational keywords, and ensuring our content ecosystem aligns with both search algorithms and student intent.
This role blends technical SEO expertise, content strategy, and data-driven growth thinking.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO roadmap for MathonGo, Quizrr, and MARKS.
- Plan and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct detailed keyword research, topic clustering, and content gap analysis for JEE, NEET, and related exam categories.
- Optimize landing pages, course pages, and product microsites for conversions and discoverability.
- Regularly track keyword rankings, CTRs, and traffic trends using Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.
2. Content SEO & Collaboration
- Work closely with content, design, and video teams to ensure all content is search-optimized and student-relevant.
- Create SEO briefs for blogs, landing pages, and YouTube video descriptions/titles.
- Guide writers and editors on keyword usage, meta descriptions, and schema optimization.
- Identify viral and evergreen topics within the test-prep niche to expand organic reach.
3. Technical SEO
- Audit website structure, page speed, internal linking, and crawl depth.
- Work with the tech team to fix indexing, canonical, and sitemap issues.
- Implement structured data, FAQs, and schema markup for better SERP visibility.
- Ensure SEO health of all web properties after every new deployment or redesign.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain weekly and monthly SEO dashboards tracking key metrics:
- impressions, CTR, top-ranking pages, backlinks, and traffic growth.
- Monitor competitor keyword movement and domain authority trends.
- Use insights to recommend and execute data-backed experiments for continual improvement.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of proven experience managing SEO for content-heavy or product-led brands (EdTech preferred).
- Strong understanding of search intent, keyword strategy, and technical SEO fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.

As an HR & Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end HR processes, employee experience, and day-to-day operations that ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. This is a cross-functional role that bridges people management, administration, and operational excellence across multiple teams at MathonGo.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle — from job posting and sourcing to screening, coordinating interviews, and rolling out offers.
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and attendance systems.
- Handle onboarding and exit formalities, ensuring a smooth experience for all employees.
- Draft and issue offer letters, MoUs, NDAs, internship certificates, and experience letters.
- Support performance evaluation cycles, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, birthdays, and recognition programs to maintain a positive work culture.
Operations
- Coordinate daily office operations, logistics, and vendor management (devices, stationery, housekeeping, etc.).
- Manage contracts and renewals with external partners, agencies, and freelancers.
- Assist in tracking procurement, reimbursements, invoices, and salary disbursements in coordination with the Finance team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and statutory requirements.
- Support leadership with reporting, documentation, and operational planning across departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR or Operations (start-up/EdTech experience preferred).

About the Role
We are looking for a QA Engineer with a strong focus on manual and automated testing across Frontend, Backend (API), and Android applications. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of our products before they reach end users.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to pick up work from Day 0 in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute manual test cases for web (frontend), backend (API), and mobile (Android) applications
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts to improve regression testing coverage
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Validate API endpoints using tools like Postman (manual) and frameworks like Newman, Jest, or Mocha (automation)
- Conduct Android application testing across devices and OS versions
- Log detailed bugs/issues in tracking tools (JIRA, etc.) with proper reproducible steps
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to identify edge cases and ensure smooth releases
- Ensure adherence to best practices in testing, documentation, and QA processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies for Web, APIs, and Mobile
- Experience in test automation using frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium
- Hands-on experience testing REST APIs (manual + automated)
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub for maintaining test scripts
- Good understanding of test planning, test case design, and defect reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and handle ownership of tasks
Preferred Skills
- Prior internship/full-time experience in a startup environment
- Familiarity with CI/CD integration of automated tests
