Must-Have Skills:
- Experience in filing GST Returns and Reconciliations
- Bookkeeping in Tally
- E-invoice and E-way bill generation
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end testing of accounting processes within the Kitaabh platform, including data entry, reconciliations, and report generation for GST compliances.
- Verify that the software meets business requirements, accounting standards, and GST compliance regulations.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
- Collaborate with the product and development teams to communicate testing results and recommend enhancements.
- Validate the accuracy of GST filings performed by the platform.
- Test and validate the accuracy of E-way bill and E-invoice generation performed by the platform.
- Participate in regular review meetings to provide feedback and insights from a user perspective.
- Test the migration process from Tally or other accounting software to Kitaabh, ensuring data integrity and functionality.
- Assist in preparing UAT test cases, scenarios, and checklists.
- Provide suggestions to improve the overall user experience based on testing outcomes.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious lady candidate with prior experience in the IT industry who thrives in generating business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and skilled in concept selling. She should excel in both direct sales to SMEs and individual business owners, as well as collaboration with dealers and partners to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
- Identify, target, and approach potential clients including SMEs, individual business owners, and dealers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Establish a strong pipeline of leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
2. Concept Selling:
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of the Finance and Inventory SaaS application.
- Customize sales pitches to align with the specific needs of clients.
3. Market Research & Networking:
