Shri B. R. Pandit started Kirtane & Pandit Chartered Accountants (KPCA) in 1956, with an aim to provide various Accounting, Auditing and Tax Services. As we kept growing and kept dreaming big, today we have established ourselves in 6 cities across India with 19 Partners, Over 30 full-time CAs and total staff strength of over 400 other professionals that include not only CAs but also Cost Accountants, Company Secretaries, Legal professionals & System Security Professionals. Growth through knowledge and innovation is at the core of K&P. Over the last 6 decades, we have evolved, with a rich mix of experienced and young talents. With partners’ age ranging from late 20s to early 80s, the average employee age is mid-30s. This has helped us to remain in sync with ever evolving business world, while relying on the wisdom of senior hands. Our reputation has been built on high integrity & ethical practices for high reliabilities. While offering specialized solutions, we try to take informed decisions. These services, are now based under separate entities, headed by the partners of K&P and are called KPIT Technologies Ltd (KPIT) and KP Corporate Solutions Ltd. (KP ESOP Direct). KPIT is Technology Company having operations in 20 countries and an IT Leader in its segment, while the KP ESOP latter is India’s first and leading in Employees Stock Option Plan Services.
