Job description

• Developing/managing all aspects of the client’s & company's digital marketing campaigns.
• Developing strategies to drive online traffic to the client’s website/social media platforms
• Tracking conversion rates what worked, what didn't, and why
• Implementing paid search, PPC, and SEO strategies/campaigns.
• Staying on top and reviewing new technology trends and opportunities to ensure the company remains a digital marketing leader within the industry, and in the digital marketing space
• Planning digital campaigns from the initial stages through to the final delivery
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Serve as the main day-to-day point of contact for the client and manage internal and external communications, including kick-off and regular status meetings
• Serve as an escalation point and liaison between the Project manager and delivery team to communicate client goals and objectives in the form of actionable tasks and deliverables
• Create timelines and facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups for the delivery team
• Responsible for budget tracking, profitability, and financial reporting to avoid and resolve scope creep, budget overages, or efficiency issues.
• Ability to forecast and allocate resources for current and upcoming project needs

Required Candidate profile

• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
• Experience finding target audiences, working with customer segmentation and personalization, and creating campaign strategies
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing: social media marketing, video marketing, content marketing, SEO, online advertising, and mobile marketing
• In-depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels
• Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
• Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM software

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for planning, strategizing, and overseeing the implementation of daily account management responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other search/social platforms for a variety of clients.
• Should be knowing to implement and monitor conversion tracking in Google Analytics /  using Adwords and other CPC/PPC campaigns.
• The candidate should know how to place conversation tracking, analytics, remarketing, etc through GTM.
• Review competition strategies, strengths, and opportunities
• Suggest large keyword lists as per the business goals and target audience
• Monitor and review keyword bidding, daily and monthly budgeting, clicks, quality score, and other important campaign metrics.
• Plan catchy creative and graphical ad designs to attract the buyers' attention.
• Provide suggestions and execute best strategies for most relevant keywords, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, etc. as per the client objectives.
• Generate and analyze weekly and monthly reports and find out the improvement areas
• Keep pace with search engine industry trends and developments.
• Manage and train the team, project development, timelines, and results to meet client goals
• Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
• Tracking daily, weekly & monthly KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement in performance & regularly reporting to management

QUALIFICATIONS REQUISITE

• Bachelor's Degree in Digital or a related field
• AdWords certification is an advantage but not essential
• Must have handled a minimum ad budget of $1,000,000 per year/70 Lacs-1 Cr per month
• Experience in running E-commerce campaigns

Skills & Requirements:

• 1. Hands-on experience in all types of paid Google Ad Campaigns.
• 2. Hands-on experience in all sorts of Facebook Ad Campaigns.
• 3. Hands-on experience with On-page and Off-page SEO activities.
• 4. Good Command over written English and Grammar.
• 5. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and SMO analytics tools like AHREF, SEMrush, Keyword Planner
