Goken India, which is a 100% owned subsidiary of Goken America, is currently seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our team to support our business development, marketing and sales strategies in automotive, aerospace and software industry. The location of the job is in Pune. Responsibilities • Identify key decision makers within customers organization and establish relationships • Manage Accounts, Leads and Opportunities in the CRM database • Manage sales enquiries from customers in a timely manner. This includes generating & reviewing customer enquiry, creating opportunities in CRM, working with Sales Lead in the organization in preparation of offers. • Prepare Marketing Lists and Marketing Campaigns • Make cold calls to potential customers • Follow up with customers on the submitted proposals • Develop sales forecasting on a monthly basis and follow up with sales team on execution levels • Seek assistance from Sales Manager & Lead Engineers in handling high value opportunities. • Act as the contact for receiving customer queries and service issues and work with the relevant functions within the organization to bring them to satisfactory conclusion. • Provide technical pre-sales support • Prepare and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and application examples in customer meetings, seminars, and other public events • Identify new trends and application areas and provide feedback to development and marketing teams. Collaborate with the worldwide team on developing compelling messages and demonstrations. • Review monthly reports documenting sales results and forecasts for the remainder of year and adjust actions accordingly. • Work with pre/ post sale support functions and marketing to support customer retention and to identify and maximize new revenue opportunities. Requirements • Bachelors or Masters degree in Science, Engineering or Business • 1 to 3 years of relevant industry experience • Familiarity with CAD, CAE and PLM software used in the automotive industry and their applications. • Familiarity with CRM databases such as Dynamics 365 or similar is a must. • Ability to conduct research by cold calling potential customers and searching on the internet • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Fluent English speaking skills as the candidate might interact with the US team frequently • Highly motivated toward working directly with customers • Ability to travel and work overtime are required. • Has Customer Knowledge, affinity toward technology and product development and good negotiation skills • Flexible to attend skype meetings or take calls in US time zones • Engineering or Science degree preferred Overview Headquartered in Dublin, Ohio, Goken America is an Engineering Services and Product Development company founded in 2004. Responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. If you have solid networking skills, know how to source on social media and enjoy learning about different roles, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will proactively identify our hiring needs and help us fill our vacancies with qualified employees while working on your own recruitment roles.
