What we’d like to see:

You will help us fuel the growth and have a measurable impact across the region using a combination of strategy, planning, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making. You should have good time management skills and be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively with a cross-discipline team. You will:

  • Develop new business mass communication to introduce the solutions/services and identify appropriate customers within the target market
  • Design and implement processes, specific to the project and client
  • Manage the lead generation and lead qualification vertical by use of internet technologies, voice processes, and social media.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Oversees the operations of the team and ensure goals are met and service levels adhere to established quality standards
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement; recommends possible training opportunities
  • Update product knowledge on an ongoing basis.
  • Conduct staff performance reviews to assess needs, cost/benefit analysis, and other operational strategy assessments.
  • Establish a high standard for productivity, quality, customer service as well as define user guidelines.
  • Develop company systems for customer interaction and voice response and control the implementation process.
  • Manage and improve center performance through performance monitoring, problem resolution, system audits, and quality assurance measures.
  • Prepare an annual budget after estimating necessities, correcting overspending, analyzing cost variance, and scheduling expenses.
  • Maintain consistent professional improvement through company provided workshops, tracking trends, and active participation in team projects
  • Identify gaps every day and solve them, also keep track of quality and productivity of giggers
  • Partner with key internal partners on projects, program performance, and continuous improvement of assigned programs

You must have:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong analysis and interpretation skills
  • Ability to plan in the best manner and excellent execution skills
  • A proven track record of strong client relationships and client service skills
  • Excellent people management skills

About the role:


We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll
be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development
life cycle, from conception to deployment. As a Full Stack Developer, you should be
comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development
frameworks, and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for
visual design and utility.

What we’d like to see:

 

  • Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design

About the role:

As a Senior Security & QA Engineer, you will own product security efforts for our engineering team. You will work closely with our engineering team to scope and execute application security reviews throughout the development cycle, including architecture reviews and threat models, secure code reviews, and platform and application penetration testing. You will perform security design reviews for new features and product releases. You will participate in and help refine the software development life cycle: develop guidelines for security-focused code reviews, integrate into the process and conduct reviews, develop and help enforce secure practices, and identify any gaps in our development and deployment cycle.

  • Experience in a QA role in a product company.

  • 4+ years of product security experience with hands-on experience working with developers in building a software assurance model
  • Direct experience with code analysis products (SAST, DAST, IAST etc.)
  • Direct experience using tools to exploit vulnerabilities
  • Experience designing secure web services, RESTful APIs, and microservice architectures
  • Experience planning, researching, and developing security policies, standards, and procedures with comprehensive documentation
