- IND AS & IFRS based ESOP Accounting & Disclosures for clients, quarterly as well as yearly.
- Perform Business valuation for clients from various industries using appropriate model.
- Fair valuation of Options using Black & Scholes Model & Binomial Model.
- Prepare report on valuations, accounting & disclosures.
- Tracking revenue and raising Invoice on completion of assignments
- Maintaining Dashboards and MIS of assignments for Management
- Co-ordinating with Technology team for Bug fixing, Customizations, new developments
- Co-ordinating with Operations team for procurement and understanding client’s MIS

Product Development on Microsoft Web Technology Stack

You will enable technology Unicorn’s companies to manage their ESOP schemes through multi-tenant business-to-employee solutions used by more than 100K enterprise users
What you will do
Technical Lead provides technical leadership with in-depth application development experience and is responsible for delivering high-quality products. This is a technical role, with a focus on designing, architecting, and developing enterprise applications using Microsoft technology stack.
You are asked to deliver the following
- Understanding stakeholders' requirements and translate them into concrete architecture.
- Work on complex/challenging problems to provide scalable solutions
- Ensure an error-free production execution of the application
- Promote improvements for software development practices, processes, and standards with consideration of quality, innovation, and productivity
What you will need
- BE, BTech, MTech
- 4+ years of experience in developing and enhancing enterprise web applications
- You understand and are aware of the latest Microsoft .NET technology and its evolution over the last 2 years
- Solid knowledge of MVC, .Net 4.0/4.5, jQuery
- You have served as “Single Point of Contact” for managing technical escalations and decisions
Technology Stack
Experience on the Microsoft technology stack (ASP.NET, .Net Core 3.0, Web API, SQL).
Additional Skills (Optional)
One or more of the following skills are good to have, and will give an edge over other candidates:
- Test-Driven Development
- Knowledge of financial applications
