Technical Skills & Qualifications:

• 1. Native iOS and Android Development: Strong experience in native development for both platforms, ideally with prior experience in developing open-source SDKs.
• 2. Android Skills: Proficiency in Kotlin and Java, with solid experience in Android Views and Jetpack Compose. Familiarity with Gradle for Android builds and dependency management is essential.
• 3. iOS Skills: Proficiency in Swift, with hands-on experience in both UlKit and SwiftUl. Familiarity with CocoaPods and Swift Package Manager (SPM) for iOS dependency management is required.
• 4. Cl/CD Experience: A strong understanding of Cl/CD pipelines, with practical experience in automating builds and deployments.

Additionally, experience with Flutter SDK development would be a plus. We would ideally prefer a candidate with stronger iOS experience to support our current needs.

Roles & Responsibilities

You’re Awesome At -

• Native Android App development (Preferably for a B2C Product)
• Proficiency in various algorithms and data structures.
• Proficiency in Kotlin with at least 1 year of experience in Kotlin.
• Good knowledge of Coroutines, RxJava and JetPack components. JetPack Compose is a bonus.
• Strong experience with REST APIs (Retrofit), storage databases, multi-threading, performance, and memory tuning.
• Deep understanding of android architecture such as MVP and MVVM

Your Academic Qualifications -

BE / BTech in Computer Science preferred. However, if you have good hands-on knowledge of building Android apps, that’s what we are looking for!

How we hire? 

You typically do a project that can be completed within a week. If the quality is great, we will pay you for it. Sometimes that's good enough. Sometimes we may to a problem solving / algorithm interview after that. 

• We run functional teams based on the SCRUM methodology and are a fairly Agile environment, with 2-week sprints and teams with a minimum of 2 developers (preferably 3) plus a Platform Owner.
• Sprints cannot be interrupted and work is planned out well in advance to keep stress down to a minimum.
