Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Design Coordinator with 8–12 years of experience in the real estate development industry. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design activities across residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects. The role requires close coordination with consultants, contractors, internal stakeholders, and project execution teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end design activities for real estate development projects.
- Liaise with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, landscape designers, and external agencies for timely submissions and approvals.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and design documents for coordination and execution feasibility.
- Ensure design deliverables are aligned with project timelines, statutory requirements, quality standards, and budgets.
- Coordinate with execution, procurement, sales, marketing, and liaison teams for design-related requirements.
- Track design changes, revisions, approvals, and maintain proper documentation control.
- Conduct design review meetings and prepare MOMs, trackers, and status reports.
- Support value engineering initiatives and resolve technical/design coordination issues during execution.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, building codes, and developer standards.
- Coordinate site visits and provide design clarifications during construction stages.
- Monitor consultant performance and ensure timely closure of design deliverables.
- Assist leadership in project planning, design scheduling, and coordination strategies.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of real estate development and construction processes
- Expertise in architectural and multidisciplinary design coordination
- Good knowledge of statutory approvals and building regulations
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
- Excellent documentation and project tracking abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Revit, and project coordination tools
- Knowledge of BIM coordination is an added advantage
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Interior Design or related discipline.
Experience Required
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in design coordination within reputed real estate developer organizations.
- Experience in residential, commercial, mixed-use, or high-rise projects preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working with reputed real estate developers
- Strong exposure to project coordination from concept to execution stages
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Good vendor, consultant, and stakeholder management skills
Designation: Manager Contracts and Procurement
Qualification: BE in Civil Engineering
Experience: 5+ Years in contracts & procurement preferably in commercial and hospitality projects.
Purpose of the Role: To Manage and assist Contract and Procurement Function including vendor sourcing, tendering, bid evaluation, contract drafting, negotiation, ward of contract and post contract management to ensure timely procurement of materials at optimum cost and quality.
Job Responsibilities:
Complete Handling of the tending of Civil, Interior, Façade and MEP works.
Able conduct techno – commercial bid evaluation and prepare comparative statements.
Able to draft, review and administer the tender documents.
Draft and review of consultants agreements.
Prepare and managing of procurement tracker.
Vendor identification and pre-qualification.
Able to effectively manage the variations, change order and Claims.
Aware of the Current Market Pricing and prevailing market rates, focus on budget.
Identify opportunities to consolidate supplier base wherever possible to leverage on volume economies
Demonstrate continuous effort to improve procurement process, decrease turnaround time and streamline work processes.
Ensure compliance to company’s standard processes and procedures.
Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations.
Should possess excellent communication skills and able to communicate effectively with internal team members and external partners.
Able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience & Skills
Experience in procurement and contract administration and familiar with conditions of contracts
Knowledge of tendering and bid evaluation.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Proficiency in MS Excel
Communication & documentation skills
