Role & Responsibilities:

• Interpret scripts, briefs, and concepts into visual sequences that clearly communicate the story flow.
• Work closely with the Motion Graphics Designer to ensure smooth translation of storyboard to animation.
• Create sketches, frames, and compositions that capture camera angles, transitions, and visual style.
• Suggest creative ideas for visual storytelling, scene flow, and pacing.
• Ensure storyboards reflect brand guidelines, tone, and intended audience experience.
• Adapt storyboards based on feedback from creative leads, clients, and production teams.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and animators to refine visual concepts.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong Storyboarding Visualiser profile
• Must have 2+ years of experience in designing/visualisation with experience in creating storyboards for animation, video, or marketing content
• Must have experience in conceptualising visual stories, including interpreting scripts, briefs, or creative ideas into clear visual sequences
• Must have experience in client/team management, coordinating with designers, animators, copywriters, and clients to ensure creative deliverables meet brand and project standards.
• Must have knowledge of motion graphics and video editing, including tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent software, with an understanding of how storyboards translate into animation.
• Must have strong drawing and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to convey mood, movement, action, camera angles, transitions, and composition in both digital and traditional formats.
• Strong portfolio/work samples showcasing storyboards, motion graphics, visual storytelling, or video/design projects. Portfolio should clearly demonstrate creativity, drawing ability, sequencing, and software proficiency.
• Candidate must be flexible to work in shifts from 2 PM to 11 PM, aligning with team and client requirements
• Work is going to be pre-production focused

5+ years of experience in Content Management Systems in general, with at least 3+ yrs. of specific Sitecore experience required. Sitecore 8.X+ experience is ideal.

· Bachelor's in computer science, software engineering or similar

· Hands-on Sitecore development experience.

· The .NET Framework including Visual Studio, C#, and ASP.NET MVC with an understanding of the basics of front end technologies.

· Client-side browser technologies including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML, Responsive Web Design, JQuery and other front end development tools. Experience with Agile methodologies

· Experience with REST, Web Services, Web application frameworks

· Experience with build automation tools

· Experience in TDD and software testing frameworks

· Knowledge of IDEs and source control management (ideally TFS, GIT, SVN or similar)

· Strong adherence to a consistent delivery methodology and associated deliverable generation

Skills Required:

• 7+ years of experience as software engineer.
• Experience in Dot.Net technologies - Asp.Net MVC, WebAPI, .NetCore
• Experience in ORM like Entity Framework /Dapper
• Experience with Object-Oriented Design and SOLID principles
• Experience with Unit Testing, Mocking and Dependency Injection frameworks
• Experience with SQL Server, NoSQL or other database technology
• Experience with software quality, testing procedures and build automation tools
• Knowledge of the Principles & Patterns of Agile Software
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot existing code and maintain existing systems.
• Ability to identity performance bottlenecks.
• Experience working with version control tools such as GIT and CI/CD tools.
