We are building a privacy-enabled permissioned blockchain network. We require a blockchain engineer to help us bootstrap the network using Consensys Hyperledger Besu / GoQuorum as well as build an application to demonstrate the privacy features of such a network . As a developer you'll be responsible for building production level software for the Indian government. You should be self motivated, and be able to proactively push from the start to finish of this project. Furthermore, you must be able to analyze and evaluate blockchain based technology in the market. This is a full-time position for a person based in India and working in the IST timezone. You'll be working on the cutting edge of privacy enabled blockchain networks with actual real-world use case.

Responsibilities:
- Quickly test & evaluate the hyperledger Besu vs GoQuorum to arrive at the best platform which fits our use-case
- Focus on core-blockchain infrastructure as viewed through the privacy aspects, scalability & deployment challenges in the real world
- Designing, coding, testing as well as deployment, documentation & support
- Solve interesting technical & business challenges
- Collaborate with our mobile/web team to integrate & promote best practices
