📍 Location: Noida (NCR)

💼 Experience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Modeling: Build and maintain integrated financial models.
• Valuations: Perform DCF, Comparable Companies, Precedent Transactions, and LBO models.
• Transaction Support: Assist in M&A, fundraising, and strategic advisory engagements.
• Investor Materials: Prepare investor pitch decks, financial analyses, and deal documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of core experience in financial modeling & transaction support.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis capabilities.
• Solid grasp of corporate finance and accounting fundamentals.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
