About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer for one of our clients, a dynamic startup solving critical challenges in the fueling industry across India. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in illustration and a passion for creating compelling visual designs.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the client’s visual identity, including creating graphics, illustrations, and internal templates.
• Collaborate closely with teams to translate product features and value propositions into engaging designs.
• Develop visually compelling social media posts that effectively communicate brand messaging.
• Continuously refine and enhance pitch decks, brochures, website components, and app interfaces.
• Design visual assets for products, contributing to a cohesive and impactful design system.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in illustration.
• Excellent visual communication skills with an ability to convert ideas into captivating designs.
• Solid understanding of graphic design principles: typography, layouts, composition, color theory, and iconography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator), Figma, and an advantage if skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (for motion graphics and video editing).

Dear Candidate

Candidate must have:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience working as a NOC Engineer / Senior NOC Engineer in the telecom/Product (preferably telecom monitoring) industry.
• BE in CS, EE, or Telecommunications from a recognized university.
• Knowledge of NOC Process
• Technology exposure towards Telecom – 5G,4G,IMS with a solid understanding of Telecom Performance KPI’s, and/or Radio Access Network. Knowledge of call flows will be advantage
• Experience with Linux OS and SQL – mandatory.
• Residence in Delhi – mandatory.
• Ready to work in a 24×7 environment.
• Ability to monitor alarms based on our environment.
• Capability to identify and resolve issues occurring in the RADCOM environment.

• Responsible for all NOC Monitoring and technical support -T1/T2 aspects required by the process for RADCOM’s solutions.
• Ready to participate under Customer Planned activities / execution and monitoring.

Maintain a relations with the existing clients and ask to upgrade their packages or renewals

Prepare and follow up on sales quotations made to clients.

System Analyst

The individual in this role will gather, document, and analyze client functional, transactional, and insurance business requirements across all insurance functions and third-party integrations. System Analyst will also work within a cross-functional project team to provide business analytical support and leadership from the business side.  The individual will play a highly visible, client-facing, and the consultative role and have the ability to offer system solutions to enhance client implementations and transform client workflow and business processes. Individual should be very good in mapping business functions / attributes with the Insurance rules and data.

Skills Required:

• A successful candidate in this role must:
• Good hands-on skills in Oracle, PL/SQL, TSQL
• Object oriented knowledge should be good
• Have Functional knowledge on P & C
• Overall Tech - 60% and Functional - 40%

Primary Skills:

• Good Data Mapping knowledge, RDBMS / SQL Knowledge

Secondary Skills:
