Role Overview

As a Senior Consultant at CoPoint AI, you will drive end-to-end delivery of both AI-enabled data solutions and modern web applications. You will blend technical expertise in AI, Microsoft platforms, and full-stack web development with business insight to architect and implement impactful solutions across client environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of end-to-end data, AI, and web application solutions
• Architect and build responsive, user-friendly web interfaces integrated with enterprise data systems
• Develop and optimize secure, scalable APIs and microservices using cloud-native principles
• Implement AI-powered features in web applications using LLMs, Azure OpenAI, and Cognitive Services
• Guide teams in AI-assisted software development lifecycle improvements
• Build frameworks for responsible AI governance and model monitoring
• Comprehensive understanding of the AI solution landscape
• Leadership experience in AI-enabled digital transformation initiatives
• Expertise in AI adoption strategies and change management
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into measurable business value
• Design multi-model architectures combining analytics, AI, and web experiences
• Act as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Azure and modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, .NET Core)
• Manage project work streams and lead cross-functional delivery teams
• Cultivate and manage client relationships, providing strategic and technical guidance
• Identify and propose innovation opportunities through data and digital experiences
•  Mentor junior developers, analysts, and consultants
• Ensure high quality and consistency in solution delivery and user experience

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Microsoft data technologies (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Power BI). 
• Proven experience implementing enterprise AI solutions on Azure 
• Advanced knowledge of large language models and their business applications 
• Expertise in AI-enhanced software development methodologies 
• Experience with AI model evaluation, validation, and responsible deployment 
• Proficiency in developing custom AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and ML services

Role Objectives 

• Participate in complex design and software development tasks within an appropriate schedule, task, and quality guidelines set in conjunction with the Senior Platform Specialists and Platform Architect

Academic Qualification
B.E/B.Tech/MCA in computer science Engineering or a related field. 

Experience Profile  

4 to 10 years of experience in development or platform implementations. 

Required Technical Skillset for Java Development
Java/J2EE, HTML, CSS. JavaScript, SQL, Servlets, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Web services, SOAP, Restful API

Good to have:
Knowledge in Liferay themes & hooks, Ant, Maven, CI/CD, AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker experience 

Must be capable of coding and unit testing their own code
Team player with good interpersonal skills
Should have strong analytical skills                                                     
Good communication skills
Capable of juggling several priorities and delivering results on time in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.

• Experience in leading a software team and managing software delivery project.
• Strong experience in Python development in a full stack environment is a requirement, including , Flask
• Strong Hands-on with VueJS/Vuex, JavaScript, React, Angular · Experience with SQLAchemy or similar ORM frameworks
• Experience working with mapping APIs (e.g., Google Maps, Mapbox) · Experience using Elasticsearch and docker environment is a plus
• Strong knowledge of SQL, comfortable working with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL databases
• Understands concepts of Data Modeling
• Experience with REST.
• Experience with Git, GitFlow, code review process
• Good understand with basic UI and UX principles
• Must enjoy problem solving and have excellent communication skills

• End-to-end full-stack development experience
• Full hands-on experience with at least one of the following languages Java, PHP, Python, .NET and code repositories like GIT, SVN

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Java / Java Script code development using frameworks like Spring, Hibernate , Rest web services,  AWS services.

• · Contribute to providing estimates for implementation of new requirements and work diligently towards delivering within the estimates
• · Ensure Quality of the releases by adhering to SDLC best-practices such as, unit tests,continuous integration, system testing
• · Re-use code. Ensure delivered code is modular and extensible
• · Ensure adequate coverage of functional and non-functional requirements in test plans Position Requirements
• · 3-5+ years of hands on experience in Java/J2EE development. Experience with the implementation of a distributed, enterprise JAVA/J2EE solution is strongly preferred
• · Experience in JAVA/J2EE Frameworks such as Spring, hibernate is strongly preferred
• · Experience in SOA and SOA related technologies, solutions and products as well as experience with implementation of REST full web services is preferred
• · Experience with data modelling and experience with relational databases like MySQL, SQL Server or Oracle is desirable
• · Mobile application development experience on Android or iOS is desirable
