About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure SailPoint IdentityNow solutions for enterprise clients.
- Develop custom connectors, workflows, and rules within SailPoint IdentityNow.
- Integrate SailPoint with cloud platforms (Azure AD, AWS, GCP) and on-prem applications.
- Perform identity lifecycle management, access certification, and role-based access control.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity provisioning and governance.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (implementation & development).
- Proficiency in Java, BeanShell scripting, and REST APIs for customization.
- Experience in cloud integration with major platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts.
- Familiarity with authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
