Job Description: Senior Java Developer

We seek an experienced Java Developer to build, troubleshoot, and deploy scalable backend applications, databases, and microservices using containerization technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software for optimal performance and reliability.

Author technical documentation covering code, APIs, databases, and deployment processes.

Develop and manage databases (MSSQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL) and Java/Spring Boot applications.

Design and implement microservices architectures for distributed systems.

Deploy applications using Docker containers, including Dockerfile creation, image building, and orchestration.

Optimize queries, APIs, and services; integrate CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.

Collaborate on code quality, testing, and production support.

Required Skills & Experience

Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices development.

Proficiency with MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL for data modeling and optimization.

Strong Docker skills: containerization, Docker Compose, multi-stage builds, and deployment best practices.

Experience with REST APIs, JPA/Hibernate, Git, Maven/Gradle, and cloud platforms.

Job Description – Data Engineer (AWS)

• Ensure data quality, performance optimization, and reliability of data pipelines

Requirements

Job Description

Design, develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint solutions (SharePoint Online and/or On Premise).

Develop and customize SharePoint components such as lists, libraries, workflows, forms, and web parts.

Build solutions using SPFx (SharePoint Framework), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Customize SharePoint using Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate) where applicable. Integrate SharePoint with external systems and APIs.

Manage permissions, security, and governance within SharePoint environments. Perform migration activities from legacy systems or older SharePoint versions to SharePoint Online.

Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues and performance bottlenecks.

Collaborate with business users, architects, and QA teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Prepare technical documentation and provide support during UAT and production deployments. 

We are looking for a Techno-Functional Data Architect or Lead Data Engineer to lead and

deliver a large-scale data initiative. The role requires a strong balance of hands-on data

engineering expertise, business understanding, and client & team leadership.

The ideal candidate will act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and

the technical team, ensuring requirements are clearly understood, solutions are well-

designed, and delivery is executed on time and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities

 Act as the single point of contact for the client on data-related initiatives

 Understand business requirements and translate them into clear technical

specifications

 Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and change requests

 Present progress updates, data insights, and implementation approaches to

stakeholders

Technical Leadership

 Lead the design and implementation of data engineering solutions, including

ETL/ELT pipelines

 Review and validate data models, transformations, and integration logic

 Ensure best practices in data quality, performance, scalability, and security

 Guide the team on architecture decisions and resolve complex technical challenges

 Participate hands-on when required for critical design or troubleshooting

Team Leadership & Coordination

 Lead and mentor a team of data engineers and analysts

 Allocate tasks, review deliverables, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality

standards

 Support knowledge transfer and documentation activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory

 8 – 15 years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Platforms

 Strong experience in ETL/ELT projects and data integration

 Proficiency in SQL and at least one major ETL or data integration tool

 Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modelling, and

transformations

 Proven experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management

 Experience leading and coordinating technical teams

 Excellent communication and documentation skills

Good to Have

 Experience in the Insurance domain

 Exposure to ODI
